Total scam which I discovered too late. Placed and paid for my order but never received it. Customer service is pathetic or nonexistent. No refund either only excuses.

I ordered in August. They sent me an email saying it was delivered which it was not because I have cameras by my mailbox. I sent them another email telling them I didn't receive it. It's been weeks. I sent them another email. Another person answered that email and said I will take care of this. Verify your address. I verified my address. It's been over a week and not heard anything from them again

Ordered an item July 13. Had not arrived by late August so I emailed requesting a replacement or refund. Was emailed it had been reshipped. I just emailed around 9/13 after seeing a missed email where they wanted me to go to the local post office and do all sorts of investigative work and then get back to them with the exact GPS and tracking info though I already told them tracking said it was put in my office's locked mailbox. They wanted me to inquire of all my co-workers, etc. Just delay tactics. After I sent my email, I looked up the reviews and reported the transaction to my CC company. They refunded. I just found another email from Cartivra.com saying they issued a refund. I doubt it - says it could take 10 days to hit my account. Chase refunded it in minutes. Don't wait on them. Report the transaction. If the item eventually arrives, good. My item was $12.95 plus taxes. Not worth my time even writing emails.

I would absolutely not buy anything from this company. I purchase a Universal Seat-Gap Filler • Double-Slot Organizer for my Genesis that was supposed to fit Genesis. It is extremely tight and really didn't do the job at all. I sent a picture which shows how this would not be a good fit . I was asking to return it and here's their response..."After reviewing the information, we would like to inform you that
since this issue is related to vehicle compatibility rather than a
product quality defect, we are unable to process a refund or exchange
for this item.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding." Being a big proponent of customer service myself, I would never buy another product from this company ever. If they had accepted my return that would be fair. But this was truly not ok. Wish them luck but they don't have my business and I'll be passing the word on.

I ordered 2 sleep scratch play baskets for my cats. What I didn't know at the time was that they were shipping all the way from Hong Kong.

Although the advertised delivery time is supposed to be 10 days, my order ended up taking 56 days to arrive.

*July 18: Order placed.
*July 22: Arrived in Houston, TX.
*September 4: Sat in Houston for over 6 weeks before finally leaving.
*September 5: Arrived in Opa-locka, FL.
*September 10: Finally delivered to my home.

I reached out to their customer support team via email six times throughout this ordeal. Four of those six responses were practically identical boilerplate messages reiterating where my package was sitting. I already knew where it was—I didn't need customer service to just repeat the tracking status back to me without offering a real resolution.

They eventually offered a 20% refund once I confirmed delivery of my package. However, it is now 5 days past my delivery confirmation email, and they have completely stopped responding to my follow-ups.

Honestly, I feel like I just lucked out by actually receiving my package at all. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I NEVER WILL AGAIN!!!

I just discovered that I can order the same sleep scratch play baskets on Etsy from proven trusted vendors. Order from Etsy.

Ordered colouring book with pens. Only book arrived. When I chased for pens I got a promising apologetic email confirming they would send pens. What arrived was another book. Since then they gave been ignoring my emails. They are a total scam, AVOID AVOID AVOID. Don't waste your money.

Package tracking states it was delivered to my mailbox, which is a USPS locked mailbox, on 8/31. Not correct. Then shows subsequent tracking info on 9/3 and 9/6! It’s now 9/14 and nothing. Checking other reviews indicates you are rolling the dice when buying from this place! Find it on Amazon instead!

Zero stars. Ordered a T-shirt in May, received tracking # showing shipped. LOL it must be on the slowest boat from China ever! Requested refund, waiting to hear back from their customer service dept....

ZERO stars! I ordered magnetic file folders for my classroom on July 16th. For awhile, I got emails replying to "please be patient." Since August 16th, they haven't responded! PLEASE do not order ANYTHING from them. Teachers don't make much, and I spent with them, trying to get my classroom set up. They are definitely a scam. Absolutely pitiful! I don't believe they ever even sent my order.

The hat was a small size and could only be made smaller. Also it was a poor imitation of the photo.

Although my shipment was delivered in a timely manner, the product itself is useless! It does Not fit as stated, or hold anything. Don't buy this, I would never recommend!! I have a video, but it won't let me upload here.

Order not received, I wish I’d read reviews on Trustpilot first. Then they wanted supposedly £1 , refundable, if I filled out a form. What was going on? Reading the small print of the so called form, £39 a month was going to come from my account. I felt it was a scam. Live and learn.

The item was delivered early! Yay! WAS excited "until" having them a couple of weeks! They are too flimsy, to the point that halfway ontowards the tip falls down into the spot they're supposed to be "protecting" things from falling in to! I'm certain if it wasnt over the buckle latch they would flip sideways and fall all the way down! The slots pinch closed so you can't put anything in them! We are short so we move the seats every time we get in and out of the car!
I would NOT recommend them at all! Also i couldn't find where to leave feedback on their actual wedbsite!

I never received my order. I really don't believe they ever sent one out to me. They kept my payment and told me to contact the post office who cannot tell you anything. I just want a refund since I never receive the merchandise!!! Worst company ever to deal with. I think they are scammers!!!

I ordered a bundle of a colouring book and pens. I received the colouring book only. When I escalated to customer service they asked me to send a picture of the pens I did not have. Instead of then sending me the pens, they sent me another book. It then took them over a week to answer my emails and they offered a 25% refund. Their customer service is appalling and if I could leave zero stars, I would. They obviously put all their funding into targeted adverts on social media rather than competent staff or decent products.

Scam company! 31 days after shipping I get a fake delivery notification back dated 4 days. Would not send tracking number. I've file for a chargeback with PayPal.

Just dreadful! I ordered ‘bunion plasters’ which are supposed to stretch around your big toe and strap over the foot to pull it away from the others toes to relieve pain and potentially further deformation of the toes. What a joke.
Firstly, they are just a plaster, they do not have the rigidity or strength to do any pulling of the toe whatsoever.
Secondly, they took about three weeks to arrive, when they arrived they were stuffed in a plastic bag which was too big for the envelope (they were bursting out on arrival, not sure if any were lost in transit) and with zero instructions. Not even a diagram.
I persevered and eventually worked out which way up, across and around I was supposed to apply the plaster to my toes/foot, as well as how to peel off the backing plaster without sticking it all over your hands (didn’t really master that) but anyway, it is impossible to put the plaster on smoothly. One or more parts wrinkles at best (at worst, it sticks to the rest of the plaster and you have to peel it off your fingers, chuck it away and start with a new one) but yes, at best, it just wrinkles but anyone who has any trouble with their feet, knows that a crease in a bandage or plaster is a sure fire way to blisters and aches.
I put them away several times, determined to have another go when I’d calmed down. But eventually, they all ended up in the bin.
The plasters are not fit for purpose and I was a fool for not checking here first. I don’t often leave bad reviews but do leave good ones, but this time I felt I needed to spare you the pain of waiting for the arrival and the plasters being a complete waste of time once they do eventually arrive.

Never received the item ordered. I believe I was given a false tracking and delivery guide. My daughter never got item for my granddaughter.
