Absolutely rubbish, they supposed to be padded and they weren’t , they would fit a child size feet do not purchase these

Ordered a wide brimmed cap for summer, it’s been a month and still no hat. Customer service rep said it would be another 10 days.

I purchased this car seat filler expecting it to stay in place and hold my phone as advertise and prevent things from slipping in between the console and the seat. Unfortunately, when I put my phone in it, the gap squishes and slides down into the cats so it does not work properly. I contacted customer service and requested a refund. They refuse saying, the problem was related to the size and design of my car seat gap rather than the product they suggested that I add my own foam or padding to the product to help. Keep it in place. I don’t think a customer should have to modify a brand new product with extra foam or padding just to make it work as intended, disappointed with both the product and the companies refusal to refund my purchase.

Hat was too tight and it retained its creasing unlike their Ad. I was refused a refund or exchange.

I ordered their Cat Scratch basket bed on Aug 2, 2026. They sent me a tracking number that said it was delivered and ready for pickup my local Post Office on 8-15-2026. Today 8-19-3026 I went to pick it up, it is not there. I emailed Cartivra and as yet I have not recieved a reply.

Should have checked here before ordering the Car Seats Gap Filler. Ordered in July (not sure of exact order date but confirmed on 7/24). Still waiting on delivery - had no knowledge it originates in China - Tracking info is useless and goes days between updates. Supposedly in the US on 8/3 (@ JFK) then useless updates (8/3/26-JFK item flight landing, NOA of arrival, released from customs, goods picked up abroad, overseas warehouse pickup, collection by overseas warehouse, sorting and processing, last mile delivery, load cargo overseas, vehicles depart from (8-11-26)). No further updates posted yet. Is it still in NY? Is it on it's way to me?

Update: finally showed it was local and out for delivery. Then next day status changed to being processed at sorting facility. Then status showed it was delivered the previous day.....but not received.

Total scam company! Thankfully I'm only out $13. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

They are liars and scammers. I have been trying to get the products I paid for, but it has been a couple of months since I ordered, and I still haven't received them. I have emailed with them several times, and each time they assure me that my order has been shipped. The tracking information they provide is completely useless. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered the cushioned no show socks at a cost of £10. I'm an adult size 7 and they would barely fit a child. I emailed them about a refund but have heard absolutely nothing from them.

If I could award no stars I would. Very very poor service. I ordered a hat and it arrived screwed up in a tiny bag. Not only was it poorly made and of nasty cheap flimsy material but it was far too small. Can only assume the Chinese have smaller heads than me! It was also definitely NOT beige as advertised. I asked to send it back for a full refund and was offered 25% of its value. What cheek, I refused and they’ve now offered a bit more as returning the hat to China would cost a considerable amount. I can’t be bothered with all the stress of it so have accepted and the offending item will go in the next charity bag ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

bought extensions for irwin clamps.. received half of the order. emailed them and little feedback. just admission they were aware it was their mistake. Still waiting ...not recommended.

Bait and switch company. Placed an order pertaining to a full denture. Did not receive that product contacted them by email three days ago have not heard a word from them. This is the first time they’re listed on trust Pilot. They pop up in a lot of ads while playing games. Do not trust this site they are Rip Off.
