I've received my car after a few months of shipping, the car is in great shape and the whole process went quite smoothly. Shocking service
I looked at this company because of the reviews on this website but my experience of them has been extremely negative. I won't be dealing with them anymore. A person called Kosta messaged me on WhatsApp upon registration but they have been so slow at responding to my queries, it is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received. Extremely poor service.

Very Pleased
From the moment I registered with the website, to the moment I recieved the car, the company was quick and clear with all their responses and very eager to explain and help my sales agent Kosta was very helpful, even when he was busy, he would reply same day.
The delivery process was delayed but that was not the fault of the comapany and throughout the process Christine from Logistics was extremely informative, which helped prevent any anxiety, or stress. To sum it up, there was no lies, just honesty and that prevented frustration.
In closing, the vehicle arrived in the exact condition I expected and precisely as described.

As in title I bought recently with Carvector a 2013 Honda Fit GP5 Hybrid and I'm very happy from this purchase! Both Victor and Christine were very helpful, extremely responsive and didn't hesitate to answer even most silly questions! We had some small issue with the import (not from CV side), but guys and Olesya were again very professional. I am very happy from the car and how they approached and resolved the issue! Don't even hesitate about choosing Carvector! It's very serious and professional company and they will do everything from their side to make you a happy customer like they did from me! 😄

Super Zusammenarbeit
Ich vergebe 5 Sterne, da ich im gesamten Prozess stets unterstützt und beraten wurde. Die Kommunikation lief ebenfalls sehr gut und mir konnte immer ein Update zum aktuellen Stand der Abwicklung gegeben werden. Leider war der Hafen in Japan sehr überfüllt, sodass sich Transportdauer ziemlich in die Länge gezogen hat, was allerdings nicht an dem Team von Carvector gelegen hat! Ich werde mit Sicherheit nochmal mit Carvector arbeiten. Vielen Dank an der Stelle an Victor und Christine!

Company were great
Company were great, there were hidden costs though as were not able to avail of RoRo. So we ended up needed a vat number and someone to get the car from the port. This was not cheap. Vrt was twice what we expected to pay, company was good but can only avail of RoRo if it's new car. Took a long time to ship and arrive

По совету знакомого выбрали компанию Carvector. На этапе подбора и покупки авто с нами работал менеджер Виктор, растаможкой и отправкой в Краснодар занималась логист Кристина. Весь процесс контролировала менеджер отдела качества Олеся. Всё менеджеры компетентны в своëм деле, всегда вежливые , постоянно были на связи. Доставка из Японии до Краснодара немного затянулась, но от компании это не зависело. Приобретением авто очень довольны. Wir haben 2 Fahrzeuge gekauft.Soweit so gut.Die tasächlich gelieferten Fahrzeuge könnten nicht unterschiedlicher sein. Der Volvo entsprach exakt der Beschreibung(4)Der Nissanwar auch Zustand 4 aber maximal eine 3,Alle Kats im Eimer und Scheinwerfer matt und vergilbt........Was aber wirklich traurig war gilt der Informationsqualität. Man musste ständig nachhaken,ja teilweise drohen bevor wichtige Informationen flossen. Ständig wurde von einer "Neuen WEBSITE" gesprochen die nie funktionierte.Hilfe gabs keine,nur freundliches Worte.
Es dauerte 8 Monate bis beide Fahrzeuge in Bremerhven gelandet sind.Das ist ein sehr trauriger Umstand.Nie wurde offensiv informiert,sondern nur auf Nachfrage. Die ganzen versteckten zusätzlichen Kosten wurden nie erklärt.
Auch die Reklamation der völlig verdrecketen Innenräume blieb (wie immer ohne Reaktion).
Ergebnis Note 6 und nie wieder Carvector!

Ja, Sie haben völlig Recht, es gab logistische Schwierigkeiten und große Verzögerungen aufgrund höherer Gewalt.

Und auf einige Punkte konnten wir trotz unserer großen Erfahrung, Kontakte und dem Wunsch, unsere Arbeit auf hohem Niveau zu erledigen, keinen Einfluss nehmen.
Mittlerweile wird das Thema Logistik bereits aktiv etabliert und entwickelt sich allmählich zu einem stabilen Zustand.
Was den Start einer neuen Website betrifft – hier haben Sie auch Recht, wir haben uns bei der Bereitstellung von Informationen an den Daten des IT-Teams orientiert, das an diesem Prozess beteiligt ist.
Jetzt können wir mit Sicherheit sagen, dass unsere neue Website in Betrieb ist, es sind nur noch wenige Details für den vollständigen Start übrig.
Was die Bereitstellung von Informationen betrifft, so gab es während des langen Wartens auf die Zusendung keine neuen Informationen als solche. Aber wir werden Ihren Wunsch berücksichtigen und darüber nachdenken, wie er umgesetzt werden kann.
Ja, wir sind nicht allmächtig und können bestimmte globale Situationen nicht immer beeinflussen.
