Воспользовался услугами компании Carvector, чтобы выкупить необходимый мне автомобиль в Японии и доставить его в США. Опыт сотрудничества оцениваю исключительно положительно, отдельно хотел бы поблагодарить сотрудников компании, которые активно помогали мне на всех этапах приобретения машины и её доставки - Виктора и Кристину. Всегда были на связи, консультировали по любому возникающему вопросу.
Отдельно хочу отметить, что всё было сделано очень оперативно - выкуп автомобиля в Японии, его оформление и отправка. Перед отправкой получил подробный фотоотчёт о внешнем состоянии автомобиля.
Никаких проблем с переводом оплаты не возникло, все необходимые документы на машину также были получены очень оперативно.
В общем итоге - мои наилучшие рекомендации компании Carvector, я им очень благодарен за помощь в приобретении очень редкого и очень для меня важного автомобиля.

Inzwischen sind meine beiden Mercedes Benz R230 in Antwerpen abgeholt und stehen bei mir auf dem Hof. Es handelt sich um einen SL500 Bj. 2003 mit 64.000km Laufleistung und einen SL55AMG Bj. 2004 mit 81.000km auf der Uhr.
Da es hier um die Bewertung von carvector geht kann ich guten Gewissens 5 Sterne vergeben. Victor (Einkauf der Fahrzeuge) ist in der Regel gefühlte 24h verfügbar und auch der Kontakt zu Christine (Organisation der Logistik) wie auch zum Qualitätsmanagement (Olesya) ist hervorragend.

Allerdings muß ich an dem gesamten System (was mit carvector nichts zu tun hat) sehr klare Kritik äußern bzw. zumindest Anmerkungen machen.
Die Fahrzeugbeschreibungen waren in beiden Fällen mangelhaft. Beim SL500 wurde das ABC Fahrwerk gegen ein normales Gewindefahrwerk ausgetauscht - keinerlei Erwähnung im Auction sheet. Zudem war die für sämtliche Komfortfunktionen zuständige Batterie komplett platt weswegen u.A. die Funktionalität des Daches nicht geprüft werden konnte. Der entsprechende Hinweis im Kombiinstrument wurde nicht erwähnt. Fensterheber Fahrerseite ebenfalls defekt und auch nicht erwähnt. Völlig vergilbte Scheinwerfergläser beim SL waren ebenfalls unerwähnt geblieben.

Bei beiden Fahrzeugen sind die automatisch abblendenden Spiegelgläser extrem angelaufen und müssen ersetzt werden. Ein teurer Spaß mit ca. €250,- pro Glas (gebraucht).
Beim SL55AMG ist das Schwallblech im Tank lose (bekanntes Problem der Baureihe) und es klappert echt nervig. Das MUSS dem Inspekteur des Auktionshauses aufgefallen sein es sei denn er ist taub. Erwähnung? Nein.
Bei zukünftigen Käufen werde ich um eine zusätzliche Fahrzeugüberprüfung bitten nach einer von mir erstellten Liste. Laut Victor machbar.
Daher meine klare Empfehlung an alle, die mit einem Import liebäugeln: Schaut Euch Preise in Deutschland an und baut dann bei Gebotsabgabe eine ordentliche Sicherheitsmarge ein, sonst wird das ganze eine teure Überraschung und man kauft sich lieber ein Fahrzeug in Deutschland, wo es keinen Zulassungsstress gibt und man nicht die Katze im Sack kauft.
In Deutschland selber darauf achten, daß sowohl die Reederei als auch der Logistiker vernünftig arbeiten. Hat in meinem Fall nur unzureichend funktioniert, wodurch fast die organisierte Abholung geplatzt wäre.
Ausdrücklich lobend möchte ich hier nochmals Victor erwähnen, der mir einen großzügigen Discount für einen zukünftigen Einkauf angeboten hat nachdem ich ihm von der SL500 Dramatik erzählt habe. Er bzw. carvector sind daran ja wirklich komplett unschuldig.

Von der ersten Beratung bis hin zur Fahrzeugabholung ist alles ausgezeichnet organisiert. Der Herr Grosman ist gefühlt 24h wach und ist 24/7 für die Kunden da. Die Frau Christine hält die Kunden aktuell und liefert die neusten Information. Auch der Service ist vorhanden, wo nach der Abholund gefragt wird, ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Ich tendiere zu Audi RS-Modellen, Amgs und M-Modelle. Meine E-Klasse vom 2006 war in einem Neuwagenzustand. Ich habe es selber mit Kurzzeitkennzeichen überführt. Motoröl, Batterie, usw. war alles gemacht und könnte gemütlich 700km nach Hause fahren ohne Probleme.

Ich habe als Test ein Fahrzeug bestellt, werde jetzt alle meine Traumautos bestellen und sammeln.

TLDR I'm a first-timer, I found Carvector staff really helpful. Still, it was a time-consuming process and can be confusing if you're not familiar with auto import/export business.

I'm really pleased with my experience with Carvector - which was import of a single car from Japan to the United Kingdom.

The process for me began with shopping for cars and historical prices using the Carvector website. I compared with a few other sites, and I liked that Carvector didn't restrict my searches. I only had to sign up. I was unable to place bids, however, until I transferred over a deposit amount.

With Carvector I transitioned from a salesperson - until I paid the deposit - then to a bid consultant, who gave me insider tips on some of the cars - until we won a car, for well below my top price. Then I was transferred to a transportation expert, to see through the global shipping process. The process from nose to tail took six months; about one month to research the cars and place a winning bid; and about five months waiting for transport. All through the process, I was assigned white-glove service by a "Quality customer service rep".
All of the company representatives do their communication via WhatsApp.

So once you've won the auction, your car can wait a while at the port of departure as used cars have a lower priority for loading. If there's no space - it waits for the next ship. I'd recommend if you are buying a hyper-efficient car, you might order a Japan Inspection Certificate at this time. That will give you a certified breakdown of the car's features to present to compliance authorities or a future buyer. For something like a high-powered sportscar or a modified car... that documentation step would not benefit you.

Once the car loads onto a vessel in Japan, an important Export Certificate is produced. The certificate and car keys were sent to me via FedEx.

About 2 weeks before the car arrives, a UK port agent (assigned by the shipping line) made contact with me and requested payment of the duty (taxes totalling 30%) and a small handling fee, £80).

In my case the car arrived in good condition and I actually drove it from the port. Give yourself a few hours at the port to get orientated, check out the car and to complete paperwork. And I also got shouted at for not bringing a yellow vest. So put that on your checklist.

Upon arrival in the UK, I needed to get "Chassis insurance" to cover legal liability for the unregistered car (I recommend: Crowthorne), to have a rear fog light installed, and to pass the MOT. Then the car was ready to register with DVLA, with form V55/5.

I would love to write more guidance, but depending on your circumstances it would be better as a flow chart.

В мае 2022 было принято решение приобрести автомобиль с аукциона в Японии. Определилась с маркой автомобиля, комплектацией, пробегом, годом выпуска, цветом и ценой. Сперва обратились в Сферакар, но за 2,5 месяца не смогли найти мне машину. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Через интернет нашли кампанию CarVector. Здесь всего за 2 недели нашли нужную машину и сторговали ее за нужную мне цену! Я очень довольна!
Что ещё понравилось, так это то , что здесь работают командой. Со мной работал Виктор специалист по аукционным торгам и Кристина специалист по Логистики. Кристина курировала автомобиль начиная с японского порта до момента пока машина не была спущена с автовоза.
Единственный нюанс, это политическая ситуация, из-за неё был увеличен срок получения автомобиля. А так все шикарно!

First purchased a vehicle from Carvector (Honda vezel) very comfortable with the service provided to me.. I could message my representative at any time & was sure to get a feedback in a timely manner. I could always trust & believe I am getting value for my money.

I would like to thanks all the department of CVR, from Victor, Christine, Olesya and all the rest of them. I just made my 9th purchase with their company in the last 7 years and am still very satisfied from them. All of them are professional. The only negative at my last purchase of Toyota Sienta was the delay of shipment. This of course didn't happen due to CVR but due to shipping lines.

Hi all, want to share my experience with carvector.com. I purchased a car from a Japanese auction in May 2022 using their service. First of all want to thank sales manager Victor Grosman. He's very helpful and polite person, who's explained all the details of the auction purchase process and eventually won the car on the auction that I've chosen. Also i'd like to thank shipping manager Cristina for being in touch with me all the way while the car was shipping. Strongly recommend these guys and Carvector team.

Покупал через Carvector уже две машины и в планах есть еще. Сделки прошли хорошо, машины подобрали хорошие, переживал чтобы не было скрытых дефектов. Но все обошлось без неприятных сюрпризов, машины соответствуют ожиданиям и уже с порта ехали своим ходом в новый дом, а после небольшого обслуживания были без проблем поставленны на учёт. Не знаю как сейчас, но в начале 2022 были проблемы с местами на кораблях, но логист Кристина сражалась за них и выбила мне парочку. Кстати всегда была на связи и отвечала на все вопросы, что облегчало и ускоряло работу, за что отдельное спасибо.
Отзыв пишу уже спустя несколько месяцев, поэтому машины уже проехали по несколько тысяч километров и хорошо себя показали, ну и конечно они выделяется из серой массы машин в потоке. Всем удачной покупки!

Bought a S 550 in Japan. Received good advice and guidance from Victor and Christine from logistics. Carvector is a trustful company. The car arrived as discribed. I will buy my next car soon.

Great service, and great help both with finding the car bidding and getting it home. Excellent service from Christine in particular with documentation.. The only bad point is the delay with transportation as it was sitting on the docks waiting for a place on a boat for months on end

Наконец то дошли руки написать отзыв о четвёртом купленном автомобиле, через компанию Carvector .
Первая покупка состоялась в 2014 году. Поэтому в выборе компании для покупки японского авто с аукциона сомнений и вопросов не возникло.
Как обычно приобрели автомобиль лучше, чем ожидалось! Я не знаю, как у них это получается, но так было с каждой машиной!
Ставка сыграла 28 февраля, в самое начало известных событий. Успели перевести деньги, до введения блокировки СВИФТ и санкций на банки. Ну и доллар успели конвертировать удачно, до резкого повышения.
Доставка до Владивостока и далее до Новосибирска прошла без приключений, как обычно. При растаможке повезло-курс начал существенно падать. По итогу уложился в ту сумму, на которую рассчитывал.
Автомобиль оказался даже в более богатой комплектации, чем ожидалось. Спасибо огромное всей команде профессионалов Carvectorа! Рекомендую её всем и всегда!
