Ich habe 2021 einen C63 gekauft. Die ganze Abwicklung und Kommunikation während des gesamten Prozesses war super. Das Auto entsprach auch den Erwartungen. Mit einigen kleinen Investitionen habe ich es auf ein top Niveau gebracht. Ich kann nur positiv berichten…

Второй раз покупаю автомобиль c помощью компании Carvector, поэтому сомнений не было.
В течение 10 дней после оплаты депозита нашли автомобиль, который соответствовал всем моим желаниям! Toyota aqua Crossover 2017г.в. гибрид.
А помогал мне с осуществлением желаний Виктор Гросман. Очень внимательный, ответвенный, оперативный. Практически в любое время дня и ночи на связи, даже в свои законные выходные. Сложилось впечатление, что человек полностью отдается работе, как многие японцы)
По доставке, растаможке и оформлению всех необходимых документов в Японии и России, помогала Кристина. Всегда старалась ответить на все интересующие вопросы четко и оперативно, в случае возникновения каких-либо проблем, решала их оперативно и сразу сообщала результат.
Хочу также выразить благодарность брокеру Филиппу, который сопровождает оформление авто во Владивостоке! Изумительный брокер, очень отзывчивый и просто профессионал своего дела!
Автомобиль получила в отличном состоянии.
Машина супер, езжу с большим удовольствием!

Durch meinen Bruder und einem Freund bin ich auf die die Seite Carvector aufmerksam geworden. Kann man nur empfehlen, gut erklärt und gut beschrieben. Alle wichtigen Sachen wurden frühzeitig Bescheid gegeben. Das nächste Auto werde ich wieder über Carvector bestellen guter Service 👍

Я узнала от компании Carvector, от своего друга, он не однократно пользовался услугами данной компании. Наверное, именно поэтому я решилась покупать машину из Японии. Около месяца велся подбор и выбор машины. После того, как выиграли лот, началась основная работа по покупке машины: доставка из Японии, растаможка, доставка машины по России и постановка на учет. С момента аукциона до момента того, как я получила машину прошло 3,5 месяца. Работала с менеджером Виктором и по доставке с Кристиной. Кристине отдельное спасибо, она со мной была всегда на связи и помогала решать вопросы, которые возникали на каждом этапе, после покупки машины. Машина оказалась просто бомба. Honda Fit, гибрид, полный привод, спортивная комплектация. При езде испытываю невероятное удовольствие, покупкой очень довольная. Первый опыт покупки машины из Японии оказался, честно говоря для меня не простой, но все преодолено и результат стоил всех усилий. Спасибо, Carvector. Буду рекомендовать вашу компанию своим знакомым и друзьям.

Sollte laut Vermittler ein Fahrzeug in einem exzellenten Zustand sein. Der Vermittler war sogar richtig stolz. Leider hatte das Fahrzeug mit der Laufleistung defekte Achsen. Die Musikanlage war ohne Funktion, da der Hochleistungsverstärker defekt war. Außerdem war die elektrische Handbremse defekt. Somit sind zusätzliche Kosten in Höhe von 2.500 € entstanden. Meiner Meinung nach total unnötig, da der Fachmann in Japan nach der Besichtigung dieses hätte bemängeln müssen. Es sollte nicht so schwer sein, das Radio einzuschalten und die Handbremse zu betätigen. Rechnet man die kalkulierten Kosten und die zusätzlichen Kosten zusammen, ist es bald schon günstiger ein deutsches Fahrzeug zu kaufen.
Zusammengefasst: nicht zu empfehlen!!!

According to the agent, a vehicle should be in excellent condition. The agent was really proud. Unfortunately, the vehicle had defective axles with the mileage. The music system did not work because the high-performance amplifier was defective. In addition, the electric handbrake was defective. This resulted in additional costs of € 2,500. In my opinion totally unnecessary, as the expert in Japan should have criticized this after seeing it. It shouldn't be that difficult to turn on the radio and put on the handbrake. If you add up the calculated costs and the additional costs, it will soon be cheaper to buy a German vehicle.
In summary: not to be recommended!

Hi I have bought a Mercedes Benz e63 AMG from 2006. Carvector do this for me and the communication was easy and good. The car was well maintained. And no corrosion. I will recommend carvector.

Давно искал компанию которая занимается импортом машин из Японии. Случайно в интернете увидел видео что компания Carvector как раз занимается этим. Связался с ними через их сайт и мне тут же ответил менеджер. Меня проконсультировали по всем вопросам и на следующий день мы уже подписали договор. Менеджер был всегда со мной на связи и после того как я закинул депозит на следующий день мы купили авто. Через 8 недель я забрал свою машину в порту Германии, покупкой доволен, буду ещё работать с Carvector!

My brother referred me to Car Vector after using their service. The purchase process was straight forward and smooth. Mark, Christine, and Helen assisted me with the purchase and they were very communicative and quick with their replies. The vehicle was delivered exactly as described and met all my expectations. I would definitely consider and recommend using Carvector in the future.

I found Carvector via Google and reviewed the company ratings and buyer experiences on their website and also on Trustpilot before engaging in this business relation.
The purchase process went smooth. You have to make a down payment where the amount varies with the cost price of the car that you want to buy, which made sense to me.

Mark, the facilitator and prime source of contact, started sending me suitable cars via WhatsApp that matched my search criteria and that were to be auctioned within the coming days. Once the perfect car was found I asked Mark to bid on it setting a maximum bid price that I wanted to spend. The first couple of cars went to other buyers unfortunately, which made me raise my bid just a little. Then I received good news; that I was the proud owner of a white S600 V12 biturbo 5.5 liters with only 66.000 km on the meter! The maximum bid price btw includes: commissioning, inland transport, insurance fee and shipping to a local port in your country. Transportation goes via the “RoRo” principle which means “roll on and roll off”. And not in a container as many people think.

The S600 arrived a couple months later in Amsterdam, including paperwork’s for the Dutch Customs, prepared by Christine (Carvector) who took care of the shipping, export and import documents. She also sent regular updates of the car’s whereabouts.
Once arrived in The Netherlands the car needed to be converted to EU standards. Think about: light pattern, fog lights, navigation, radio bandwidth, tires (unless fitted with DOT notification) etc. These costs can add up so it’s advisable to check these upfront.
The S600, once received, was in optical very good condition and still smelled new on the inside. Technically it needed some work because it has been sitting still for quite some time which it didn’t like very much. Think about sensors, all fluids, oil, filters, tires that became square etc.
End conclusion; I now own a very luxurious, good looking and extremely fast car for 25% less than similar cars on sale in my country.
If you have patience, and not afraid to engage in a project, I definitely recommend any buyer to contact the people from Carvector to see if they can facilitate you with your dream car. I would definitely buy more cars via them!

Im very pleased working with carvector, everything went as planned and the car is as described. Victor and Christine helped and informed me all the way from the start, searching the correct car, purchasing it and transporting it until I had the car at my home in Finland. They are very helpful and dedicated to their work. I am very happy and thankful for them and I hope to buy more cars with Carvector in the future!

Hab mehrere Autos aus Japan lmportieren lassen,die letzen zwei über Carvector und das dritte Auto ist unterwegs. Hab immer ein Ansprechpartner und kriege meine Fragen schnell beantwortet. Also kurz gesagt das Team Carvector kann ich aus meinen Erfahrungen nur Empfehlen!!!

Ich importiere bereits seit vielen Jahren Fahrzeuge aus Japan, aber mit der Firma Carvector habe ich den bisher besten Support erhalten. Die Ansprechpartner sind fast 24/7 erreichbar und antworten sehr schnell. Die ganze Abwicklung ist sehr transparent und man ist über jeden Schritt informiert. Die Kommunikation ist sehr freundlich.
Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Wagen…

Ich kann die Firma Carvector sehr empfehlen! Mit der Hilfe von Mark (mein Ansprechpartner bei Carvector) habe ich bereits zwei Fahrzeuge aus Japan nach Deutschland importieren können. Mark geht auf meine Wünsche ein und sucht für mich unter den zahlreichen Angeboten passende Modelle heraus und übersetzt mir die Bewertungsblätter von den Fahrzeugen die interessant sind aus dem Japanischen ins Deutsche. Natürlich kann man auch selber nach Fahrzeugen suchen und die Fahrzeuge mit seinem Ansprechpartner besprechen und ein Höchstgebot hinterlegen. Beide Fahrzeuge (CLS C219 63 AMG, Baujahr 2008 und SLK R170 230 Kompressor, Baujahr 1999), bei denen ich der Höchstbietende war, waren vom Zustand genau so wie sie auf dem Bewertungsbogen beschrieben waren. Beruflich konnte ich im Vorfeld bereits mehrere Fahrzeuge aus Japan von der Firma Carvector begutachten und war immer positiv überrascht wie genau die Fahrzeuge dem Bewertungsbogen entsprachen. Anfangs war ich skeptisch, da man das Fahrzeug "ungesehen" ersteigert, doch diese Skepsis ist unbegründet gewesen. Durch Christine (Carvector-Logistikabteilung) wusste ich zusätzlich zu jeder Zeit wo mein Auto war und natürlich wann sie im Hafen von Bremerhaven ankommen. Mittlerweile suche ich zusammen mit Mark nach einem dritten Auto.

Nach über einem Jahr war es wieder soweit, ein neues Auto musste her. Es sollte ein Porsche Boxster sein. Wieder einmal über die Firma Carvector. Und was soll ich sagen, etwa 8 Wochen nachdem das Auto über die Seite von Carvector gekauft wurde stand es in Bremerhaven. Der Wagen hatte nicht nur wenig Kilometer gelaufen , er war auch im Zustand ungewöhnlich gut. Ich kann Carvector nur empfehlen, auch dieses Mal wurde ich nicht Enttäuscht. Vom Kauf bis zur Auslieferung war alles in Ordnung. Wenn ich ein Auto brauche würde ich wieder Carvector nehmen. Ich habe Carvector auch einem Freund empfohlen, er kaufte einen CLS und war ebenso Begeistert wie ich. Danke an alle Mitarbeiter von Carvector, Ihr habt alles Richtig gemacht.
