I ordered from Germany and wasn’t really sure at first because I just did not know casa chic. Everything went fine. I had absolutely no problems with anything and the goods were packed better than some big retailers do. :)

Outstanding customer service
Found this boutique on blue light card app, Ordered a mirror delivered very speedy unfortunately the glass was broken in transit despite being very well protected. Contacted casa chic who replied within the hour and arranged for replacement which arrived perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from this company and they have some wonderful items.

Happy customer
The mirror we ordered was delivered promptly but had been damaged en route. We sent photographs to show the damage and Casa Chic replaced the item within a couple of days.Cannot fault their customer service. Very pleased with the replacement, It's of very good quality and it looks far more expensive than it actually was.

Lovely Frames
Ordered several frames for various prints to go up in our daughters playroom. All the frames are really lovely and look and feel very good quality and for a really good price. Fast delivery too. Very happy!
