Absolutely perfect
Absolutely perfect, just delighted with my purchase. Excellent value and professionally package to avoid damage during transit. Unfortunately though, the delivery company left it at an incorrect address and was eventually handed to me by a passer-by several days later.

I purchased Solid Wood Photo Frame Set – 7 Picture Frames with Mounts – Black and one of them with a very small dent on the wood.Not a big deal to be honest but Matilde from Cash Chic ltd. send a replacement straight away and with a little thing extra a SMALL FRAME. Very kind :)

Really happy with my purchase. Great quality. It arrived within 3 days as promised, packaged really well. Any problems I had were handled with kindness and were addressed ASAP. The only improvement I would suggest is - it would have been great to receive an e-mail with tracking info.

Bought this clock to finish off our newly decorated living room. The clock looks amazing, keeps time well and as described silent. Great price, great service, arrived on time (excuse the pun).

Great products and prompt replies
I ordered a selection of frames as they will display my photography really well. Part of the order was missing unfortunately. When I enquired about this I received a prompt reply saying that part of my order had been damaged so it hadn't been dispatched. Although disappointed to not receive the full order, I was given a refund the same day for the item and I will definitely reorder it when it is back in stock.
Bigger companies would have just sent the damaged item and not even paid for them to be returned. This is a testament to great customer service. Refunds don't have to take 5 working days :)
