After receiving my item there was a noticeable failure in the design. Have sent 3 Emails with photos but no response.
Customer service is terrible.
Update:
My Emails have finally been answered, a new mirror will be sent. When it arrives I will update again.

Have received a new replacement mirror so thank you.

Great company, great product and great service.
So glad we found Casa Chic. We had been looking for a 60mm all black wall clock for some time and the one we have received is perfect. The clock arrived within 3 days of ordering and we had it up on the wall that day. We would recommend Casa Chic without hesitation.

Beautiful product and timely arrival
Beautiful product and arrived when it said it would, very happy with our purchase and it was a very reasonable price for a clock of its size! If I were to provide feedback, the only things I’d suggest is to make you emails mobile friendly (graphics were the wrong size) and to send more communications about orders being prepared and that they’ve been dispatched Etc- nothing beats being kept informed. Would definitely purchase again from you!

Roman numeral wall clock
Recently purchased a large black iron Roman numeral wall clock which I am really happy with it - it looks great In my living room. It arrived within the three working days as specified - it was exactly as shown on the website and it was beautifully packed and very reasonably priced. Definitely would buy from the company again

Gorgeous clock
Bought a lovely gold skeleton clock from this company. Very reasonably priced, arrived quickly and really good quality. Everyone who had seen it thinks it looks amazing. Would definitely use this company again.

I was searching for a specific mirror at a reasonable price. All the well known places to shop were selling what I wanted for £40 plus. But I managed to buy exactly what I wanted from Casa Chic for £30. The quality and service was excellent. I’d happily buy from Casa Chic again.
