Yes, this company was supportive to me and helped me to put a plan of payment in action after I became unwell & couldn't work for a few weeks which meant I couldn't pay the full amount due each month. The only downside was that I actually ended up paying more back over double what I actually owed but on this occasion it couldn't be helped.
Would I apply for another loan from them again yes I would as I was invited to apply again in the future which I did almost straight away but unfortunately I was declined which I totally understood why which showed me the company is responsible and actually do care. So all thing's considered my experience was still all good.

Had a loan from this company as times…
Had a loan from this company as times was hard. And I was struggling to pay it back went online on my account and managed to defer the payments and it’s took a while to pay back but no extra charges probably the best payday loan kinda company ever. I’ve now managed to get a job and thankfully I won’t need this kinda loan again but overall 5*

User friendly website and application process. Fast funding and all costs and interest for the loan explained comprehensively with no hidden costs or surprises.
Excellent customer service and care.
My only negative would be that once your loan is fully repaid, the customer must wait for a period of 31 days before being able to reapply for another loan.

Very helpful to be able to reloan
Very helpful to be able to reloan - albeit for a lesser amount - a couple of days after repayment was completed. The guidance is that you need to wait 30 days and of course customers need to be to be prepared for that but it looks as if sometimes it can be sooner - just wait a couple of days first for the system to update & best to ensure monthly payments are made on time. This really helped me with the reloan but I don’t want to mislead customers, so the above needs to be read in that context. Also fast payout much appreciated.

Absolutely will never use them ever again in my life. I paid my loan months early and I still paid all the interest I would accure if I did all the usual payments. What's the point in doing that to a customer that even if they pay the loan early that you still add all the interest included rubbish services and the worst cash loan I have ever done never again 1/10

As a responsible lender, we feel that borrowing needs to be a considered decision. When a customer applies for a cashasap.co.uk loan, they agree to make the full repayments shown in their loan agreement.
We understand that sometimes things change so our customers have the right to withdraw from their credit agreement within 14 days of taking the loan, without having to give any reason, and they will only pay the interest on the length of time that they have held the loan.
Additionally, if a customer wants to repay their loan early beyond the 14 day withdrawal period, they may be eligible for a reduction on the amount of interest that they agreed to pay when they took out their loan. We deduct any rebate that they are entitled to from the amount that they agreed to pay in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Credit (Early Settlement) Regulations 2004.
