I was forced to buy 2 printers because they sold something that wasn't compatible with my system. When a customer asks for a Bluetooth compatible printer just give it man. Nearly $700 down the drain for a new opened store is painful

You were forced to buy two printers?
You ordered a single printer from our website which was NOT Bluetooth and you state to just give you a Bluetooth printer. We provided you with exactly what you ordered from our website. We have not had a phone call or email from you in relation to this order.

They went above and beyond...
They went above and beyond to put the pos software into my pc for me so that it is readied for me when i received it. It was not part of the bundle. i bought it seperate. Fantastic service. Quick delivery on time for my business. +++
