Avoid Avoid!! Played through a bonus and won only £150. Attempted withdrawal but has been refused as apparently can only withdraw a max of £20 despite having deposited £20 to get the bonus. I will be reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Don't honour their sign-up bonus and there's no way of contacting them (if you contact their customer service dept you won't receive a response).

Worst experience. I withdrew 530 pounds one week ago and it has been pending ever since. They only requested documents a few days ago which I promptly gave them but still no reply and their live chat doesn't even work at all. This is either a criminal enterprise or simply run by totally incompetent fools. Where is my money????

Shocking company. I deposited £60 myself and placed £40 on a non runners hours only before the race and £10 on a loser. This leaving £10 in balance. However this company took 4 x £20 from my account. So £80 taken from my account. Then the non runner was classed a loser and should have been voided. True scam and fraud this company. Live chats don't work and after complaining about non runner via email I sent 3 emails. First reply should non runners are classed as loser due to not taking part in the race. I complained again and now told after a risk review I have misused the casino and all balances and winnings are fortfieted and the account closed. Well I backed a £10 loser, £40 non runner which they say is a loser and £10 balance but minimum withdrawal is £20. How did I breach their terms. And on top of that £60 was only credited on my casimba account but £80 taken from Barclays. Please please please avoid this company. These also operate other companies in the same group. I wish I had read trustpilot before I see deposited my first £20. Scam........,................

Here is the last reply other Trustpilot review say the same........ I have had to deleted the link to their other company saying they names. As if I touch others following this scam and fraud......... I left a review 3 days on Trustpilot and this the same scam but this new review provides the whole story I have been banned for losing apparently?

I've opened an account, deposited £20, bet £10 but i have not received the £20 free bet. The live chat never works and they take ages to reply to emails. DO NO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM, SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY

Don't bother, they don't honour their bonus scheme, ie new customers place a £10 bet and a free £20 bet, they don't reply to emails and the live chat never works, they just never answer

Fraud don't honour offers. Had clear welcome offer of 50 free spins when you deposit and spin £10. Read all terms and conditions and check before play. However then only received 10 spins. Multiple attempts to get answer from customer services. Never once got through to agent on live chat. Several emails sent and replies never address query. Just back and forth. Avoid them.
