An honest review. I joined this afternoon and have played for the last 4 hours ish. I won some and decided to withdraw £30 to see how fast and easy the withdrawal process is after reading some of the reviews , but honestly it was in my paypal within an hour or so. I did 4 x withdrawals today, the highest of £150 today and they have been processed quickly and without an issue. Great games and easy withdrawal. Very happy thank you.

New customer caught by their offer place a bet and then promo of free bets. Had issues they say I didn't claim the promo offer. However after following their instructions it didnt show up. And that I didn't claim the offer (which I tried and thought I had) they cannot do anything about it. Don't use this platform its scam and the support is practically none existent.

Horrendous site do not use .. signup offer 100£ bonus didnt recieve it after betting 100£ refused to give it even tho all requirements was met .. scam artists do not use this website or app you will get scammed

THIS SITE IS A SCAM been waiting two weeks for verification as my account was locked by them. No reply’s to emails and get the same excuse on live chat it’s a scam it only seemed to have locked when I won! But worked fine when I was depositing.

So confused by these bad reviews! I joined the site last night, and yes my first withdrawal was slow hitting my bank, but I've been playing today and banked £690 in total and every withdrawal has gone into my bank instantly.

Utter scam artists, backed up by poor customer service.

I tried to sign up for deposit £20, get £40 offer.
Didn't get free bets as they claimed I hadn't chosen offer when depositing. Pretty sure I did. Then made sure I chose bonus for different offer for 40 free spins when depositing. Again they claimed I hadn't chosen the bonus, except this time I knew I had. Any half decent company would allocate the spins as a goodwill gesture. This is not a half decent company. Their odds are terrible anyway for sport so see no reason to use them.

They reel you in giving you good little pay outs on 10p and 20p spins untill you trust them to play £40 in the hopes of maybe winning abit more had £40 and £40 in bonus (£80 total) played a range of games mix of spins the first £30 10p,20p ect played the last £50 with 50p spins didn't hit not one single bonus game and just sucked the money straight lasted less then 30 mins sad really hope this helps any other potential victims to not get done over by this site go to like skyvegas you won't win loads but there games being the same games as this site you get regular bonus spins in game where this site has payouts set to extreme

If i could put minus 300 i would they will not pay out they say oh i cant read it then i do a video pass and they block my accont.

On 6th April, after depositing £200, £300, and £500 and playing the game Eye of Horus: The Golden Tablet on my account, my account was suddenly deleted and blocked. This prevented me from continuing gameplay and accessing my personal funds.
I am the sole account holder and all deposits were made from my own bank account. At no point was I informed of any specific breach of your Terms and Conditions.
I formally request:
1. Immediate clarification for the account closure
2. Full access to my personal funds, including all deposited amounts and winnings
Failure to resolve this issue promptly will result in escalation to eCOGRA and other relevant regulatory authorities.

It's a shame and a scandal that you treat your customers like that. I've been with you since November last year , as far as I remember.
Stay away from them chat also works really bad they are useful I already complained to eCOGRA

I am in no way an affiliated to Grand Ivy Casino so get this out the way first, but as promised when got withdrawal I would follow up on my 5 star review.

I received my withdrawal yesterday no complaints.

My full review of Grand Ivy Casino is they did honour sign up bonus they do honour promotions however it is important to not abuse these I shall be putting bets on going forward they will be small as I will probably do some accumulators for fun this is just fun to me accas are terrible value but great fun😁

Also please remember those in the UK that White Hat Gaming headquarters are based in Malta it's a maltenease industry so withdrawals may well be slow, yes my withdrawal was pending almost 2 days yes it's a bit of a wait, yes it's not ideal for speed but they do pay out when you win.

My advice is be patient the staff there are just doing their jobs.

The only one bit I will say is customer Service could be a bit better at responding on the website in all honesty which doesn't reassure members as there isn't anyone responding there but all in all can not fault the site overall. Thank you Grand Ivy

Currently have £3000 in my account. Unable to log in. Been asked to provide proof of funds documents which have now emailed twice. Had no reply. Been going through chat for four days. Getting absolutely know where. It is a legitimate casino site but it’s awful. Now have to go through the gambling commission and my bank to try and get my money which they are refusing to withdraw back into my bank account. Causing me stress which is unacceptable.

Joined with the promotion of free £40 bet. Placed a bet on the golf that lost and I did get me £40 free bet. So thought all looked promising. Placed the £40 free bet on a 4 let acca. The first 2 games won. The day the last 2 games where the on, the bet disappeared from my account.

I won £8 From a £10 deposit. Then played 40p spins on a game called 12 baseballs and won £409

Upon withdrawal, they rejected my ID three times. They were practically uncontactable for days. My withdrawal remained pending and my PHOTO ID (a very clear photo of a passport) kept being rejected after 24 hour waits. They left me feeling as if I would definitely NOT get paid. Their live chat just simply does not work and the email correspondence is slow. No phone number.

However, I did get my money within 4 days.

It's a crap betting site, but it's not a scam.
