I just want to say casino, click their customer service has been hands down the best customer service that i've ever had. They answered within fifteen seconds and also when the agent I guess maybe couldn't do something i asked he immediately got a supervisor on the chat with us. And the supervisor has been such a great help casino.Click has by far the best customer service that i've ever dealt with

I requested a Bitcoin withdrawal and it has now been pending for over six days, despite Casino Click stating that cryptocurrency redemptions are typically completed within approximately three business days after review.
My account has been fully verified since the platform launched, and I have been told multiple times that nothing is required from my side. Each time I contact support, I receive a generic response saying the issue has been “forwarded to the appropriate department,” with no explanation for the delay, no status update, and no timeline.
Support has admitted they do not know what caused the delay, which is concerning for a financial transaction. Escalation has been mentioned more than once, but the withdrawal remains stuck in the same pending status.
At this point, I am simply asking for transparency and follow-through. If Casino Click responds here, I hope it will be with a clear update, reason for the delay, and confirmation of when the withdrawal will be processed, not another copy-and-paste response.
I will update this review once the issue is resolved.

I played on this platform about 2 weeks ago and won $130. When I went to redeem they told me I needed to do the kyc verification process which I had already done about 6 months ago they informed me I had to reverify. Ended up playing all the money back while I was waiting for the kyc verification which made me mad but that was on me. Well silly enough I made a deposit and played again. Winning another $100 I went and redeemed $100 and again I'm waiting. They emailed me in told me A week ago that my verification has Been approved And completed So what am I waiting for It has been three days and I have not even gotten an email yet saying That they received my Redemption request So today I emailed them And I still have not heard a people from this platform I would not Deposit money Into this platform if I were you.

UPDATE Feb 18: I did finally manage to get past the KYC process and was successfully paid out, so I have revised my rating to 3 stars as it was still a needlessly frustrating process but they did pay out in the end. Below is the review i originally left for the sake of transparency.

Out of all of the sweepstakes casinos I have played at, this one has the slowest and most intrusive KYC process I've seen by far. On other sites, I can typically get verified within a few hours, or at most, a couple of days. Here, I've been waiting 4 weeks and am still not verified despite submitting all of the requested info. Until these guys finally verify me, I can't even submit a redemption request for my winnings, and from the other reviews here, it sounds like I'll be waiting several weeks on that if they even bother to verify me.
On casino.click, the KYC process expects ALL of the following: ID, selfie, utility bill, pictures of the front and back of the debit card used, as well as a copy of the bank statement of the account you wish to redeem to. I submitted the requested info on January 3rd, I received an email from the KYC team requesting more info on January 7th which I promptly replied with, and as of February 1st, I have not heard anything back and my account remains unable to redeem.
I contacted support around January 25th in hopes to get an update on this and they said they would escalate it, however, I have still not heard anything back. At this point, I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever get paid out.
If you like wasting money this is certainly a good place to do it, but if you hope to win and actually get paid out in a reasonably timely manner, I would look elsewhere.

Casino.click redemption process is super slow. My redemption was approved and released on Jan 2. It is now Jan 26. They have been giving me nothing but a-run-around. Stay far away from Casino.click! There are better casinos.

IIf i could give a zero i would. They are a sham and thieves. I deposited money and won so they are now running me in circles. I have sent all information requested by them and they find reasons to refuse the info. They are a terrible business and I will be turning them into the BBB. There help department also told me I cant have my wife on my bank account it has to be me alone. This has been an issue for 3 months while my winnings are locked up. I would never deposit any money or use their services because they will leave you with nothing. If you want more info check reddit they have a long ongoing refusal to release funds to winners. Do not use their services.

Most of these games bait you then refuse to pay you out by requesting crazy stuff like your bills and bank account info. It's a joke I should have read the reviews first I am married and all bills are in my husband name he handle them TF

I won a very small amount, decided to cash out via gift card, just refused to process it, kept telling me it needed to be reviewed. Eventually I just got a little buzzed one night, decided to cancel it. Caught a wave of dead spins you only hear about. But, I did finally get the bonus after a few hundred spins, 4 dollar spins, my bonus paid...$3.50...haahhahahahaha. Don't pay timely and completely dry RTP. Avoid like the plague. They also refuse to fully close my account, passing me off to a myriad of departments.

I love playing on this site! The first redemption I made was quick and easy. This time though it’s been difficult. It was approved in the 22nd and I have yet to get it. The person I talked to said it was already sent to me. I sent them a screenshot of my bank statement to prove that i did not receive it. Instead they took out $49.99 and then refunded it when they realized they made a mistake.

This casino says 3 business days for redemption approval - I'm about at a week (of business days only even) and still waiting for any kind of status change on my request to redeem. And this is the 3rd time in a month now I've attempted to redeem and even using their different methods of redeeming - still nothing. Talked to customer service multiple times and always get the same answer of "we've forwarded your request to the right department now" kind of answers every time. I've been KYC approved since before attempting to redeem my winnings. So I would say play on here with the gold coins, but don't waste your money and expect to get any thing you win paid back to you.
And I only gave it the 2 stars because the game selection is different than the other sites I've seen and the customer service was definitely quick and friendly every time , but not much resolve of what I had asked for help with .

I won 650 dec 31 2025 and it's Jan 9 2026 they would not verify me making me send a copy of my bank statement 4 times (I was using crypto to cash out) I got excuses over and over again and now I've FINALLY been verified and still waiting on their end to review and process for my crypto payout. It's the weekend so doubtful I get it for few more days. So frustrating and thinking about calling gaming commission. It didn't take weeks to take my money when paying to play.

I have been waiting on a redemption since the end of November. It has been processed since December 11th and I was supposed to receive it in 5-10 business days. It is now Tuesday, January, 6th and still nothing. I enjoy Casino Click, and there are lots of great games to choose from. Also customer service is prompt and friendly, which is why the 2 stars and not 1 star. Otherwise truthfully, this is starting to get a little ridiculous on how long my redemption is taking. I intend to email payments and support again this evening, but I am starting to think they do not payout any redemptions at all. I will update this review if/when something changes. Until then I would suggest people just stay away from Casino Click.

I have already emailed payments, customer support, and talked with live chat numerous times since the 11th. Still nothing but it's taking longer than normal. Let's be honest here, this day and age, payments are almost instant with the internet and Real time payments. I understand a little delay but not a month. I really want to stay and be positive, but it is getting hard. I hope to change and update again once I receive my redemption.

I finally received my redemption on 1/8/26. They do pay and I am thankful. For those that want to know, my account was not verified when I started this redemption. I sent all the documents on 11/24/25. It took about 8 or 9 days to be verified with no hiccups btw. I instantly put in the redemption via bank transfer on 12/2/25 and it was approved and processed on 12/11/25. So it took a little over a month after verification. Be aware of the lengthy redemption times if you play with Casino Click.
