The web site is a great resource but I do wish the physical shop was better stocked. I have always been able to get what I want online and usually there are some keen bargains to tempt me as well. I find the prices on the whole very reasonable and deliveries have been prompt and well packed.

It is better to order from home where you can easily see what it is you need to order. The Cass site has taken a little while to operate but once sussed was easy to use.
