Cast iron fireplace and limestone surround
Given the weight of the item, I think a the delivery method should be a two man over one man delivery especially as it costs £60.
Also my limestone surround had a visible chip on it. Other than that the fireplace was beautiful and delicious very was quick.

Thanks for feedback a little harsh I would say giving us 3 stars.
£60 delivery for 2 fireplace packages from Derbyshire to Croydon expensive at £60?
Our driver is perfectly capable of delivery with these weights we have trolleys skids and handling tools all on the van.
Why would we send 2 people when 1 person is adequate.
None of this delivery cost issue was raised by you in emails till today’s feedback.
I replied to your email about the very small chip on the shelf as it’s now fitted.
We have advised about rectifying this it’s so simple to do.
We even sent you details of somebody who will sort this out for you.
Glad you appreciated the fact delivery was quick and I’m very pleased you think the fireplaces are beautiful.

I love my newly installed ARADA…
I love my newly installed ARADA Widescreen multi fuel stove. It keeps my bungalow at a perfect temperature. Yes, you have to remove the ash and get the coal or wood in, but that takes me thirty minutes at most and when gas and electric prices vary so much, it’s nice to be able to reduce the worry of trying to keep warm on those cold and wet days, and nights.

Excellent, ordered the bio ethanol conversion kit. Had a couple of questions prior to ordering so rang and all my queries were answered straight away.
Placed the order and we received the item the following day.

Prompt delivery with loads of information on arrival time.
The fire surround is great. This was the only company we found that made a rebate frame, that would enable the surround to fit flat against the wall. Ideal for a log burner.

We received the fireplace when they said it would arrive, well packed and exactly what was shown in the pictures. Delivery guy very helpful. Only wish was that it had installation instructions to show which section to install first ( needed a little working out). We also used cement board to first fix tiles rather than place these individually, this made life a lot easier when putting the surround together.
