The staff was terrible no professionalism at all. They tell you one thing and then when you get there the price is different. I would not recommend to no one. Appointment was at 2:00 didn't leave out of there until 5:50 only three patients was there when I got there.

I discovered Castle Dental through an …
I discovered Castle Dental through an ad I received in the mail. It said that as a new patient I could have an initial one-time $29 teeth exam/cleaning. I jumped on that and have been going there ever since for a year now. The staff are very nice and courteous. I have built a good relationship with them. They tell me what's best for the health of my teeth. I love Castle Dental!

The dental assistant was rude by asking improper questions, such as "where are you from".
She also used an improper tool which scratched my gum.

Work was good
Wirk was good, but information was scant. Paperwork didn't answer questions that I had and no information about what I should expect. I was at a loss about why the prostetic fit the way it did and was simply told that they would fix it later after I healed. No talk about the cost. All of that after having been hit with $180 bill i wasn't expecting from Castle before work could continue. So billing and information are two weak spots in Castle's otherwise excellent service.
