Castle Dental Avis 

The tooth cleaning was good. But the anesthesia part, Dr. Rivera has done awesome, but the other doctor is little hard/painful and quick. Overall, the experience was good.

I can't complain, they are amazing! Even when I'm in pain and suffering the Ortho Team is willing to see me even on my lunch break. I know I'm a difficult patient due to my braces and they always take the time and work me in no matter the situation!
Rekesha is one of the most amazing employees (RTDA) they have! She always makes me feel better and taker her time when I come every 4-6 weeks for my adjustments.
Thank you for everything! I can't wait to see my smile st the end of the treatment!

Went to Castle Dental to get a deep cleaning and 2 fillings and everyone was very professional and friendly towards me. The dentist and hygentist were both very knowledable and understanding to all my needs and answered all my questions that I had. Excellent service and will definitely come back again!

The services from the orthodontist was great but the lady who was at the front desk was not interest in helping patient because she was too busy talking with a young kid who works there. There were in the computer watching pictures of young patients girls and talking about how nice they looked... there was another lady who explained the proces and the payment option and she was very upset and she yelled at them because i was waiting for her and they did not said anything to her that i was waiting for her...i waited for her for about 40 minutes..

Dr. Kuch is a wonderful dentist. He is kind, funny, and doesn't hurt me.

the staff are wonderful and the dentist is absolutely amazing! he is gentle and so caring of his patients! He just done a root canal on me and he did an amazing job!! thank you!!

Dr McNeil my orthodontist is an amazing Dr. I would recomend him any day

I was referred to Castle dental because a crown fell out on a weekend. I called to schedule an appointment which was simple. I was then called and asked to come in earlier, which I happily did. The technician took the x-rays and was very polite and professional. I then went to see the dentist, who complained about his office staff and the time of my appointment. He then tried to work on the wrong tooth - not only the wrong tooth, but on the wrong side of the mouth.eventually I got my crown replaced. When I went to pay. I was given a price that was higher than that on my dental card. After some discussion, I decided to pay the higher amount and quickly left.

Estimated an inflated fee that was 3 times that of another dentist.

Best dental clinic/office I have been to.!..general dentistry, surgery/extrations plus dental lab for repairs are all under one roof!

Very bad experience last time in. Was told things that were not true by staff and dentist.
Wrote a lengthy note to corporate offices (no reviews) and never even
received an acknowledgement of my concerns.
I have never been back. Had spent several thousand dollars at Missouri City location.
My wife still goes to castle but has moved to another location. She will not step into the MC facility either

Great doctors and great staff. I love that they are open on Saturday.

I would and have recommended Castle to friends and family. The staff has changed several times since my 1st visit but they all have been extremely friendly, informative and affordable.

Dr. Chen was very kind enough to get my tooth at the back of left cheek extracted just before my out of country trip after the first X-rays without referring to oral surgeon again.

When i called to make an appointment to have my teeth cleaned i wasn't permitted to make the appointment. I was told they were too backed up. I had been a patient for over 10 years. I no longer go to Castle dental but i sure miss Dr. Kim. She is a stellar dentist.
