Bought a car from this company a year ago. Nice car reasonably happy with it. I took out the warranty they provide from warranties 2000. I was very specific to ask what was covered - timing chain etc as this wasn't a new car. I was told all was covered and the only thing pointed out to me was to make sure I had an oil change every 6 months or 6000 miles or the warranty would be invalid. One clutch later and a £2300 bill I find out that Catalina have a bespoke warranty with the company and the limit on any claim is £500. I did subsequently find this little detail further down the paperwork, my fault for not noticing but I took the salesman at his word no one would get a timing chain for £500. So warranties 2000 were fine they paid what they had too but Catalina very disappointing. My advice would be not to bother taking out a warranty its not worth the paper its written on!!!!!

Do not get a car from here I got one head gasket went on me so they gave me a car to borrow witch is fair but they are refusing to home pick there car up now saying there going to call cops on me for pinching it wrong ins

Steve was very helpful. Had the car delivered to Norwich. No problems. My son was very happy with the car. Would definitely recommend Catalina of stanningley garage.

The car we were sold was not the car in the advert, we received the car with dents in the drivers door and scratches all over, We asked Tom when buying the car was there any dents and scratches he said the car was in great condition. a couple of day after delivery the engine management light came on. thats when we were complete ignored ( No body would answer the phone.) or called back. we could only deal with Hanna buy e-mail, Hanna told us to go through the warranty no offer of compensation or help. the car is now on the drive waiting to be repaired.

I bought a car from these people in good faith it had problems from day one it wasn’t as described in the advert and a few days after purchase the engine management light came on and I was told to claim on my warranty this is not something you expect to have to do after a few days of owning the car they don’t ring you back there’s nothing with the car not even a spare key it was filthy and smelt like an ashtray head rest missing and dents we asked was there any dents they said no so my advice is don’t buy from this dealer once they have your money that’s it very poor after sales service they never call you back very poor service from Hannah micheal and Tom

Saw the car on Autotrader and rang to arrange viewing. Car had only just arrived so Steve took my refundable deposit and would inform me when ready. Got a call few days later to view and car was clean and well presented but wasn't for me! Steve was not pushy or try to desuade me and returned my deposit. Great choice of cars at great prices. Would call back .

Five Star service from start to finish. Really helpful staff allowed me to look at and test drive the car with absolutely no pressure. Steve was happy to answer any questions and sold me a great car with no fuss. Fantastic car dealer, highly recommend.

Honestly I was over whelmed at the whole process. From the first day I contacted and Steve received the call. A video was sent and I loved the car and immediately an invoice was sent to me and I made my payment and after a few days my car was delivered in a truck and was received by my wife and son. They were both happy with the purchase.i am realy pleased because it's what I saw in the video that was delivered. I will sure give a lot of referrals to my community. Welldone guys.

Car was ready for test drive when I arrived…which was great service, considering it had snowed a couple of days before.

What a great business. I recently part exchanged my old car for a much nicer, much newer one. Usually I dread the time of changing cars and having to deal with everything but Tom at Catalina made it so smooth and seamless that I definitely know where I’ll go when that time comes around again.

Very disappointing after sales and now wish I had read previous reviews before buying from here.
Car has water ingress through the windscreen, reported a few short weeks after purchase, but the old chestnut of ' this isn’t covered in the warranty ‘ card was played, they are not interested.

The 3 months warranty they provide through Warranties 2000 clearly isn’t worth the paper it’s written on, so don’t waste your time with it as it adds zero value to any sale or care package, and is not a selling point you should base your purchase on.

Poor after sales all round which is sad as they seem genuine when taking your money. I would certainly not buy again from here, or recommend anyone else to do so.

Customer care and fairness in after sales can make or break a company, something they may need to consider internally moving forward.

This is not a 'glass issue' as they claim below, the glass is fine, it is the seal, so not sure why I would need to pay any insurance excess to have it fixed. Poor Excuse and a warranty which is useless - AVOID
