Collected our car from Preston Ramsey Cars last Friday and we absolutely love it. The car is in excellent condition and drives like new.

The service we received throughout the whole process was exceptional. Gregg and Steve were fantastic — both extremely personable, friendly, helpful and genuinely made us feel well looked after. Communication was excellent, they were always easy to contact, and the whole buying process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish.

They were also incredibly helpful with arranging the finance agreement, which was at a very reasonable rate, and made the part-exchange process really easy. We also decided to take out the 12-month extended warranty that was offered. The level of cover is excellent and, for the price, represents great value and gives us extra peace of mind.

A really lovely extra touch was finding a bottle of champagne with the car when we collected it — a thoughtful gesture that really made the experience feel special.

Overall, the whole process was completely seamless, from first contact right through to collecting the car. Excellent service from Gregg and Steve and the whole team at Preston Ramsey Cars.

Where do I start, Greg is such a lovely and genuine guy, he isn’t pushy and goes out of his way to help, he arranged everything from start to finish and the sale was very smooth, excellent after sales service also. When I bought my Golf there was an SOS battery light on and he advised was waiting on a new one and would be installed as soon as it arrived, had a couple of visits to the garage and turns out the error was from a steering wheel fault which is common with the Golf, as soon as this was realised the car was in the garage, new steering wheel, fault fixed, no cost to myself. I think aftercare is as important as the sale and Greg definitely delivers on both, highly recommend, excellent service, thank you again Greg
