Catalyst2 Support Team - always super quick and helpful to sort out any email issues, even if it's user error. And they also seem to understand what I'm trying to say or do, even though I have no clue what I'm saying or doing :-) ... my work depends on my email, so it's great to know they are on hand to help.

Second to none :)

The support staff at Catalyst are second to none. They always respond very quickly, politely and are highly skilled. It is a pleasure to work with them on our day to day issues with web hosting and they make everything a breeze. Thanks for all your hard work and support keeping us going each day!

Fantasic Customer Service

Cannot rate Catalyst2 service highly enough.

I had a late night issue

I had a late night issue, emailed support and had a helpful answer almost immediately.

While I have often been frustrated by the support from big companies using advanced tech to filter, screen and answer enquiries, my experience of Catalyst2 is that there are real people there who know their business and respond as quickly and efficiently as they can to help their customers.

Friendly quick competent help for someone with no IT knowledge

I own a few 'archive' websites which are hosted by catalyst2. I am not an IT person at all, and don't employ anyone who is.
Even though I never change the contents of these websites, every few weeks one or more of them need some expert IT intervention. This is usually due to an automated request to do something that I don't understand, but sometimes the websites have 'gone down' because I can't keep them up to date with the ever-changing requirements of the Internet.
The team at catalyst2 have always sorted such things out for me in double-quick time, in stark contrast to my previous hosting company!
And they are friendly with it!
I am very happy to give them a 100% score.

8 years of excellent service so far

We have been with catalyst2 for 8 years now with 2 PowerXtra accounts, 1 Linux and 1 Windows the former running a busy forum. Support is excellent and very responsive. Server and database reliability, uptime and performance is very good. There is the occasional issue but these are rare and dealt with quickly. Costs are very reasonable for what you get (yes Fasthosts etc are cheaper but you get what you pay for!). I highly recommend catalyst2, their ratings are well deserved.

Quick and Friendly Support

I've hosted client sites with Catalyst2 for 10 years, and their support has been consistently excellent. Responses to tech requests are always fast, thoughtful and detailed, which means any issue that arises is quickly resolved.

Great Support from Lee at Catalyst2

Great Support from Lee at Catalyst2. Lee was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. He handled everything efficiently and made things much easier to manage. I really appreciate the support he provided and would recommend him for anyone needing reliable assistance.

We've been with catalyst2 for a number…

We've been with catalyst2 for a number of years (after a recommendation from a digital marketing agency). Quite simply we wouldn't go anywhere else. The online support is amazing, the prices are fair and the standard of service has been consistently high.

Still maintaining the same high standards

If only all companies could provide this level of service! I'm not very computer-literate but when I do have to call Catalyst2, it never stresses me out: they respond very quickly, they're patient, knowledgeable and friendly. And especially thanks Nic on resolving my latest issue!
I've used them for many years and their high standards have never deteriorated.
(Oh, and their pricing is very competitive too).
