When my site goes live they will be my hosts.

I recently had an issue with my Wordpress website which was dealt with, with patience and thoroughness. I am not very computer savvy but whenever I phone Catalyst 2 for support, they are always willing to help and sometimes that help takes a lot of time which they always seem very willing to give. They will keep working at it until the issue is resolved and they never make me feel inadequate so I am very grateful for that. Thank you.

The support team for our dedicated system are great. They respond quickly, understand what needs to be done and handle even the most complex of queries quickly and efficiently.

Ive been using catalyst for over 10 years now. They always go over and beyond. This weekend my website went down and I've had Lee & Ben fix all my issues. Couldn't recommend enough.

Not the cheapest, but by far the best customer service and helpful staff. Problems (normally caused by me) are always resolved quickly and efficiently.

Very good and supportive company. They helped me move my personal email domain from my isp where it had been hosted free but the email service kept going down and was given less and less priority. No problems at all with Catalyst2.
