Catalyst and in particular Daniel have been fantastic. We had 2 water mains leaks one covered by insurance and one not. The support we received was second to none Daniel went above and beyond to help which made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with. The contractors used were also fantastic sorting the issues out quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Had a water leak under the house. The two lovely guys found it in superquick time and fixed it. Very friendly and reassuring!

Could not fault the service from this company. They turned up in the most horrendous of weathers to fix a pipe leaking under my drive! They were very professional trying to locate this eluding leak, and my drive was put back to perfect condition each time. Would definitely recommend, overall experience from staff to work being carried out was made so easy.

Worried about the continuing leak as it had been repaired by another company 2 years ago. Leak located in an area further down the supply pipe. Section cut out and a new piece of pipe fitted, confirmed with the engineer that the leak had been stopped. All in all a great service, thank you.

We had a leak in our water supply pipe, and were introduced to Catalyst through our insurance. Our insurance then told us we weren't covered, but Catalyst contacted us to say the could carry out the repair on a private basis. They were great from start to finish, and the engineer incredibly knowledgeable and had the pipe replaced within a day. Catalyst even contacted us after to advise that the works were not as extensive as originally thought, and that we were due a refund. Fantastic and couldn't recommend highly enough!

I had a leak in the back garden from an underground pipe, the Company were brilliant - they sent someone out in a couple of days and dug a four foot hole, repaired the pipe and refilled - all done within the hour - very efficient, thank you

After a disappointing start by my Mum's insurance company, as soon as Gemma at Catalyst took over the claim I knew we were in good hands. She worked late on a rainy Friday evening to find us a drainage engineer (who was also brilliant!) and phoned me several times with updates whilst I was travelling to the scene of the sewage overspill. She was truly amazing. I cannot recommend Catalyst highly enough. Brilliant!

Great service, professional , get the job done

I can't fault this company. All communication has been professional and helpful, the work was completed on time and to a high standard and the contractors themselves very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. The workman even utilised some spare driveway tiles to fill a couple of gaps after the works to leave the drive in a better condition than before. This work was undertaken through insurance but would be my first port of call if I needed to go direct in the future.

1st time ever making a claim, found it very easy & it was dealt with quickly & everyone I spoke to was very helpful. The chap who came to do the job was a real gem went above & beyond to help us so that our new driveway would be repaired as near as possible to its original state. A very professional job by local firm
