Could have been better
I had placed an order to be received on a Friday and never received it. When I called they were very helpful and sent out another one. I needed the one that I had originally ordered for some guest on Friday night. I received the second one the following Tuesday. The overall quality was just OK and didn’t have much flavor it was very soft and for the money I think it should’ve been a better quality.

Best place for caviar
I would like to be able to chose my own flight of caviar for a personalized tasting. I have used Bemka for years now and they are my go to for caviar and all things great to eat.

Have not tasted it yet
Have not tasted it yet, I ordered it on the Dec.19 with Express delivery to have it on Thursday Dec. 24 however, they somehow "forgot" to ship it. So with the holiday I was not able to follow up until Monday Dec. 28. They realized the mistake and shipped it immediately so I received it the following day. Will try it for New Years eve & day.

I ordered some foie gras on your website. I called just to make sure it would be shipped to CA. I was told that the 3 cans would be replaced by 2 larger ones. Ok. Order was confirmed! The day after I received an order cancellation email. When I called back and I presented myself, nobody talked to me! Just unfair!!!
