My caviar order was delivered on time and still cold and safe in it's package.

Overnight delivery for Xmas eve. Caviar was spectacular along with the blinis and creme fraîche. Highly recommended!!

We love Caviar Lover and are loyal customers. However, this holiday year we had several problems with orders going to wrong addresses and orders arriving that were not complete. We had to call multiple times to sort this out and each time we were told "don't worry we have it covered" but the fact is...they did not have it covered. They made multiple mistakes that became a time consuming problem for us. Not to mention the fact that I was relying on these products for a holiday dinner and had to run to the store last minute and make a whole new meal plan. In any case, they did send a complimentary caviar as an apology so as of now they have retained my business. But be warned y'all, Caviar Lover is extremely disorganized.

The products are great (olive oils from Morocco and Vanilla Beans) but I could not get the discount they advertised to go through on my order. I put a note about this on my order form but neither heard back, or was given the discount as I asked for in my note to them.
So, 4 stars instead of 5. The items were packed very well, and arrived in appropriate time.

I wish I could rate you higher, and in the past my caviar showed up on time fresh, however delivery was scheduled for before 12 noon, my caviar arrived after 5 PM and was not cold. As a result, I experienced food poisoning from the snail caviar and was throwing up all night Christmas eve.
Now I'm not sure I could ever eat caviar again. So disappointed...

My husband loves caviar so I purchased three jars from your site. He now knows the taste difference between beluga and lump fish caviar. Finding what I wanted was easy on your webpage (your descriptions helped in my decision-making), and you offer a better price for blinis than other online stores. The caviar arrived on time, well packaged and chilled. We are very satisfied with the experience.

This item was exactly as I expected. However, I made the mistake of thinking it was a much larger piece. The one I thought I was getting was larger, enough to hold 12+ shrimp for an entire appetizer, not an individual one.

Always delicious as it is always fresh and delivered on time.
