Very helpful customer support. Problem was resolved - for two cards - promptly with clear verbal and written instructions for reloading cards into an Apple wallet provided.

Excellent Customer Service
I contacted the company by E mail & very quickly received an automated acknowledgment reply followed by further E mail from a member of staff. My request was actioned in less than 24 hours. Excellent Customer Service. Would highly recommend Caxton to Friends & Family.

Hannah was very helpful and explained very clearly what I needed to do to complete the installation of my new card to Apple Pay. She also sent a follow up email to check that all was ok

I had to ring through as my app wasn't working
Kashawn answered swiftly and although some of my issues were delicate, he responded in a proffesional manner and kept me informed on a daily bases until i had my app up and running again.

Great Customer Service
The Caxton Team were incredibly helpful as my bank debit card would not work online to load currency on to my new travel card. This was despite me having spoken to my bank over the last 5 years to ask them to own/solve the problem. The bank were not able/willing to do this, but the Caxton Team solved the issue within an hour of me speaking to them, allowing me to successfully load currency on to my card. I have to say their customer service is excellent & would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs to use currency in their foreign travels.

Easy Finance Abroad and FX savings.
As someone who lives between the UK and Spain, the Caxton card makes everyday transactions easy and saves significantly on FX rates. Brilliant Customer Service too.

Travel SIM Card
I had a couple of issues while I was abroad and using a travel SIM card. I couldn’t receive the text messages to confirm payment. I contacted Caxton through WhatsApp, only available during UK office hours and during the week unfortunately, however, Lauren was brilliant and sorted everything for me.
