Ccusa are the best company to go with! I spent my first two years at camp with another company. After being let down by this other company for another two years of being unable to attend camp I was recommended to go with ccusa. By far the best decision I made, they not only were able to get me to camp, they gave amazing customer service and supported me with anything I needed along the way. I had an amazing, life changing summer all thanks to this company. I would highly highly recommend ccusa!

My experience with CCUSA this year was perfect! They were super helpful with every step of the process, guiding me through everything and ensuring any concerns were answered almost immediately.
The interview team is extremely friendly, leaving me feeling safe and comfortable, but also super positive about the Summer ahead!
Regular emails throughout the application process and in the lead up to departure made me feel prepared and confident. They really do support you with absolutely everything and ensure you have the best Summer you possibly can!

I applied really late and thought I’d find it hard to be placed but the CCUSA process was super easy and simple, they’re a very personable company with great communication and I felt like I was in good hands. All I had to do was explain a bit about myself and describe what kind of camp I wanted to work at, from there they broke down the whole process of visa’s and any other paperworks. I was placed within a week of applying and had the best summer ever. Also a lot of the other internationals I met out at camp who had gone through other agencies told me about what their experience had been and what a large cut of their pay would be taken, CCUSA was definitely the best option.

CCUSA was so helpful in the process leading up to me going to camp this summer! They were very approachable which made me feel comfortable in asking any questions I had before I went to camp. This was very reassuring as it was my first time at camp this year and so they made it very easy for me to prepare and get ready for my first summer at camp!

I applied with ccusa in 2020 and have been waiting for over 2 summers to finally get out overseas to my summer camp! its been the best decision I made, I've been supported throughout the whole time and felt comfortable contacting David king with any questions while getting help and straight to the point responses.

These people have no interest in you, only your money. They will require full payment up front and if the camp is cancelled for any reason (they literally list every possible reason), you get no refund. This happened to us twice due to different Covid regulations in 2020 and 2021 and they couldn't care less that we had given them R7000 each, and incured costs of over R16000 between my wife and I. They said they also incurred costs which is a complete lie, all they did was print us a piece of paper which we had to pay delivery for. We found our own camp placement and they didn't give us a discount for that either. No sympathy that we had committed to the camp, incurred costs and had no other job for the next 6 months. They act like a friendly, caring family of campers, but are strictly business orientated, money hungry and focused on profits. 100% do not recommend. Find another way into the USA.

I cannot recommend the team at CCUSA uk enough for helping me through this process and leading me to the perfect camp for me. The support is second to none and they are extremely helpful with any questions. Thankyou so much, I can’t wait for the summer of a life time.

As someone who is travelling to the States for the first time this summer, I couldn’t recommend any other designated J-1 visa sponsor! The service has been unbelievable, from the very beginning to when I first applied for the 2022 Camp Counselors Program to helping me prepare/get ready for camp.

Any questions/queries I’ve had have been answered within 24 hours in a detailed and professional manner. I really appreciate all the support and guidance I’ve received from CCUSA and their placement record speaks for itself! It’s no surprise they’ve been going strong for 37 years!!!

CCUSA have been nothing but amazing with guiding me through my camp application. Any questions I had was responded to within 24 hours always with a detailed response, cant recommend this agency enough!

Ignore the reviews about refunds, they were issued eventually and CCUSA did a good job in not completely going under where no one would get a refund!
Second, Dave would get back to me within a day (most of the time within a couple of hours) and answer any questions.
Would recommend over any other "American Camp" agencies.

Honestly I cannot recommend CCUSA enough! I applied for the camp counsellor USA program last year for this summer. I had amazing communication from all staff throughout my whole application. The staff are all there to answer every question. They were able to provide support with everything from the application, to visa, to placement as-well as general questions!

CCUSA has such supportive employees, ready to help with any question you may have! They answer emails and calls quickly and always try to figure the best options and deals for you😊. I am very glad i decided to take part in this program. The other people i met this far who will work at the camp are so lovely, funny, friendly and full of energy. I met a lot of people with the same vibes as i do! I am so excited to head to the camp next week! Many thanks CCUSA for supporting me each step to America for my very first time. Great service from Dave and the team, they keep you updated and notified throughout the application process and are always on hand to answer any questions via phone or email.

Staff are really helpful and make the process feel easy. This is my first time working in America and I feel confident because CCUSA have helped me prepare everything I need including my visa and insurance. You can message staff whenever you like with any questions and they always reply quickly with the correct information.

My experience with CCUSA was quite good since they did everything in their power to make my program possible. In the same way, they proposed several options to me in case it couldn't be carried out due to COVID 19. Whenever I had questions or concerns were resolved by the people in charge of my processing. Also, during my visa process, I received full advice and guidance from them. I am currently in contact with them, and they continue to resolve my doubts and concerns.

Been waiting around 21 months for a refund for the cancelled 2020 camp. Every time I email I simply get fobbed off. Absolutely pathetic customer service.

I went to camp with CCUSA in 2019 and, very fortunately, in 2021 too. CCUSA in 2019 got me set up very quickly with the job fair and the opportunity to meet with people from different camps to make the process go as smoothly as possible. Every time I had a question, I would always get an immediate and detailed response giving me all the information I needed and more. In 2021, while it was unlikely that I would have been able to go to camp, CCUSA still sent out the DS2019 to me very early on in the hope that if I got a visa appointment, I had my DS2019 ready. I ended up going to Mexico for 2 weeks to get my visa sorted and CCUSA were very supportive and collaborated well with my camp to make sure everything went well. I will be going to camp again in 2022 and will definitely be using CCUSA as my visa sponsor!

I have worked with CCUSA for the past 4 years now and they have been super helpful in getting me out to camp in America and Croatia. CCUSA has been super supportive through the whole process of applying for camp especially through the scary task of the VISA process. They have always been super easy to contact and have answered any questions I have asked.

A massive thank you to all of the staff at CCUSA UK who have helped me to find amazing roles at two absolutely incredible camps. They have helped me find two places that I really feel at home.

To anyone who is looking for a company to help get them to a summer camp whether it be in America, Canada or Croatia I would 100% recommend using CCUSA.

I have dealt with CCUSA Australia, and unfortunately cannot find somewhere to review it. So here will have to suffice.

I had a chat with one of your staff today. I had applied for the 2020 program, which obviously got cancelled. I had requested an extension on a refund as I was not sure whether I was going to be heading over or not. I received two extensions, one by email and one by phone correspondence. When I was not able to head to Canada, I requested the refund as promised. I was told that this was no longer an option and that I needed to take the rollover. So, sold a lie. This in itself was disgusting and highly unnecessary considering refunds are still being processed over a year later.

Anyway, after being screwed over by not being able to take a refund, I called CCUSA to see if I could use my credit for next year, as I am now heading over. They said sure, and to contact the camp that I initially got hired with and to explain to them that I was hired previously. Then I was told that I would need to pay an extra $250 (WTH) for the program. This is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. Not only are you not doing anything in regards to getting me placed, but you are also expecting me to pay an additional $250 to do nothing. Not to mention an updated health check and police check, which I understand is necessary for the camp but is another $170 ish. So, this is equating to over $400 to do Camp Canada this year. I am absolutely APPALLED at the shocking level of service that has been provided. I am expected to essentially organise my own job, I don't understand why you expect another $250 - the program fees are to get me a job, however I would already have one.

Not only this, but it is being told that I am not able to receive the discounted price of $650 total (only $150 extra) as I have a credit (WTH). This is absolutely outrageous that you are trying to scrounge even more money out of us. The discounted price is for paying upfront, which I have done/would do. Obviously if you're willing to offer that price for new participants who you actually have to find a job for then you shouldn't be charging participants from 2 years ago an additional $100 to do literally nothing.
