Dårlig service…

Dårlig service…. Sender en strik retur kan se en uge efter at de har modtaget den for en uge siden, men har intet hørt… kontakter pr mail de svare ikke tilbage og venter stadig på mine penge :((

Super elendig kunde service

Hører aldrig tilbage på mine henvendelser. Det er super svært at finde svar på hvordan man skal gøre. De giver en adresse og siger du kun kan sende tilbage til den, og hvis de ikke får den er det dit eget problem. når det er en kjole til 1500kr er det altså for dårlig stil. Super elendig kunde service

We apologise for the bad experience you have had with our customer service.

If we understood correctly, indeed, that is how most of the return processes work these days, the customer is required to send back the items they have purchased in order for the company to issue a refund. 😊 If the item has been lost during the postage, we always get our customers the help they need for them to get the refund or their desired exchange. That is why we advise saving the receipt with the tracking number!

We are constantly trying to learn and optimize our customer service. Majority of the inquiries that our customer service team get are being answered within 12 to 24 hours (excluding the weekends). In some rather rare occasions, we provide the answer no later than 3 business days after.
If this has been the case for you, we are really sorry. We promise to spend even more effort to provide prompt and action forward replies. 💪

Additionally, as you have mentioned yourself, the information regarding return and exchange policy is presented on our website. 😊

Stop Silencing Negative Reviews

If I wear the Koufeyye in Europe, I will be labelled as a radical muslim, a t*rrorist, an ungrateful or illegal immigrant, an antisemite, or an angry arab. You just swoop in and claim my culture without any of the consequences. This is cultural appropriation. It's equivalent to white people wearing dreads. Stop silencing reviews that call you out and consider educating yourself on the importance of the Koufeyye. It's a symbol of resistance against tyranny and a representation of the Arab identity. It is NOT a quirky pattern.

Amazing customer service.

The customer service at Cecilie Copenhagen is amazing!! I returned a sweatshirt on the 1st May (from Australia) and it only arrived in Denmark today 17th June due to Covid-19. All the way through they have been terrific and so patient with Australia Post. They have held a sweatshirt in the smaller size for me even though they were in very high demand and sold out at one stage. They have been in constant contact with me and I received responses to my emails so promptly each time reassuring me that all would be fine. I could not be more happy with my experience and can't wait to receive my parcel - which they said they would send to me at no charge!!!!!!! Wow! Now that's incredible customer service!!! Thanks so much x

The clothes were stylish

The clothes were stylish, good quality design and materials and made my daughter smile during isolation due to the COVID 19 pandemic.

Great product and quality and really happy with the customer service. I accidentally ordered an extra item and reached out to the customer service team. They replied very promptly and due to their super quick fulfillment of the order, the items were already shipped so they offered to pay for the return postage of the extra item once it arrived to me and issued a refund straight away. I was very pleased and impressed with the process and i LOVE my Cecilie Copenhagen items i bought.

Horrible customer experience

Bad quality dress. But the customer experience was even worse. Emails remain unanswered, costs of return shipping have to be paid by customer, refunds take forever (20 days to receive a refund confirmation, 14 more days to receive the money back) and costs of initial shipping have not been refunded. Would never order here again.

Quick delivery from Denmark to Germany…

Quick delivery from Denmark to Germany even though I had to change the delivery address; Guided service until item received. Dress fits perfectly - lovely dress. It was exactly what I have seen on the homepage. Nevertheless, I would not have paid the normal price, but the discount price was okay.

Hurtig levering af lækre varer

Hurtig levering af lækre varer.
De shorts jeg havde bestilt var desværre for store. Jeg fik nemt retuneret dem og fik ekstremt hurtigt pengene retur. Herudover var der hurtig afsendelse af den nye størrelse.
Jeg er virkelig tilfreds med både mine køb, og ikke mindst den hurtige levering samt retunering!!

Mangler stadig refundering

Mangler stadig refundering. Fin leveringstid og fin kjole - men måtte desværre sende den tilbage pga. størrelsen... Trods flere henvendelser og kontakt med Post Danmark, er kjolen stadig ikke refunderet... Super ærgerligt!

Virkelig dårligt service

Virkelig dårligt service. Den værste jeg nogensinde har prøvet.! Anbefaler det IKKE til nogen.! Jeg købte en kjole til 1400kr og har skrevet og sendt screen shot af min pakke som jeg sendte retur. Kundeservice skrev bare at jeg ikke skulle være så sur og at han kunne ikke gør noget ved det da jeg havde sendt pakken retur til deres afsender adresse. Finder så ud af ca. 1 måned senere at en person ved navn Fadi har modtaget min pakke men ikke sendt den tilbage til min adresse, så jeg i det mindste kunne sende pakken tilbage til den rigtig adresse. Hvis i ikke vil miste jeres penge, lad vær med at shoppe hos Cecilie Copenhagen. De skylder mig 1400kr for en kjole som jeg stadig er ved at kæmpe for at få tilbage.

Værste kundeservice nu

Købte et sæt, hvor t-shirten var en smule i stykker, og skal byttes til en ny, som så heller ikke var i orden. Den næste dukker slet ikke op. Svar på mine henvendelser sker meget sjældent, og til trods for en lovning på fuld refundering, er der stadig ikke slet noget (dette har stået på i ca. 4 måneder nu)

Hurtig levering, men da jeg ønskede at returnere var det ikke muligt at få kontakt på nogen måde. 2 mails, besked på instagram og udfyldt kontaktformular på hjemmebane blev ikke besvaret. Da jeg tog ind til butikken i kbh kunne jeg dog endelig returnere. Køber aldrig igen!
