Costumer service 10/10. The Quality of these sofas so luxury & high quality 100%. The delivery was honestly great can’t complain is was easy & smooth delivery very fast though.
Have recommended others this company, honestly worth every penny. Our sofa’s were wrapped up nicely & securely

Absolutely appalled of the service we received through the phone. They said they’ll send a replacement of my order for weeks which they kept dragging it on for months, but now I’ve been waiting for half a year and til today still nothing. Tried calling them and they either don’t answer the phone or when they do answer they know it’s me, so they hung up on me which is extremely rude and not good customer service. Don’t ever buy from there, they are liars who don’t keep their promises and don’t take responsibility for anything when it’s their fault. If I can I would give 0 stars for the service.

Order finally came after many emails sent due to late delivery. More like 10 weeks delivery instead of the 3- 5 weeks delivery. Only confirmed my order details 6 days before delivery even though they had already arranged the delivery date.in other words it wasn't made yet. Having said that only received today but the bed is up and quality looks very good and my daughter is very pleased with it.

Would never use this company again ordered item in June 2022 its now August and still no sign have had no correspondence to say if there have been problems with my order

Purchased an ambassador corner sofa, quality is amazing and customer service was great! Kept me updated throughout my order journey. Would highly recommend! Will be back soon for beds

My sofa arrived wet. There was a damp smell too the sofa. I tried to complain via telephone, was to I had to email to complain, I emailed them and never got a reply. When I call the original number I was confronted by a rude man who said if it were him it happen to he would not complain but by a heater to try and dry the damp out! I paid over £2100 for a faulty sofa to be told that basically my damp smelly sofa was not refundable! What do I do??? Be careful to buy from these people! They take no responsibility for a fault!

Wonderful customer service. Bought my dining set from them, so unique and lush (my guests said my dining area looks like a "show home". I like that my set is different and not so common too.

An amazing business, with brilliant customer service they helped us so much when picking our bed. The bed arrived early which was brilliant for us! Delivery guys were so friendly and helpful! The quality of the bed was amazing honestly 100 times better than most known bed shops! 100% recommend Celebrity Interiors for a bed ☺️

I won’t buy from these again, unfortunately! Their customer service need some serious work. You don’t get a response to any emails, Facebook messages nor do they answer their phones. You don’t hear anything from them! Delivery is also shocking. You again don’t hear anything until the day before. I mean you hear nothing, no updates on your delivery. Such a worry when you spend so much money.
