I have the dreame l10s ultra robot vac/mop with a week and can say it is a game changer so far.
The process of buying was seamless and it was delivered next day.
The support from the company has been fantastic - all queries with setup answered within minutes.

Dear Gf, thank you for such nice to us. we are trying to be honest, royal and kind to our customer, as our principle of business. we hope the little robot work for the room cleaning well and I know it is not perfect, such as corner cleaning maybe an issue, black wire attention as the AI is not so well by identifying the black things, but anyway, we are always here to do the best we can to support and your feeling of all is our concern, no matter in a profitable or loss position, we will try our best.

Purchased the Dreame H12 vacuum/mop two weeks ago and it is an amazing product but also amazing service. The product was delivered to me the very next morning(even during a weather warning). So easy to set up and use,it’s such a time saver as a mother running a busy household. The battery life is excellent, the water tank size is great, the self cleaning is another excellent time saver and feature as keeps the machine in top condition, extra filter and roller are an added bonus and also great suction and edge cleaning. You could eat your dinner off the floors when you’re done! There’s nothing bad I could say about the product or service. Cannot recommend enough 10/10

There is no regrets here
It has been my best buy yet I’ve had no problem with the scooter so far the front light and the back light is super bright so you do t have to worry about not being able to be seen in the dark you will 100 percent be visble and it’s fast enough to get you were you are trying to go use to take me half an hour to walk to work now cause of this scooter I get there in 10 min
