Siento que deben tener un programa para ajustar la imagen y quede bien y se vea bien el QR estaba muy borroso y además la parte frontal de mi logo se veia estirada y no me agradaba mucho como se veía y las tarjetas las entregaron muy desordenadas dentro de la caja

Hola,
Gracias por tu reseña de tres estrellas. Lamentamos que el código QR haya salido borroso y que el logo se viera estirado en la parte frontal de las tarjetas. Entendemos tu frustración.
El problema principal fue la resolución baja de las imágenes que nos enviaste, lo que afectó la nitidez del QR y el logo al imprimir. Respecto al empaque, las tarjetas se colocan en el mismo estilo de caja que usamos para todas las órdenes de business cards, para protegerlas lo mejor posible durante el envío.
Como muestra de buena voluntad y para compensar tu experiencia, te ofrecemos un 20% de descuento en tu próxima orden.

Some of the pictures were blurry before printing and sending I think I should’ve been informed if I wanted to continue with the order or not I was so excited to get these pictures and when I got them, I was very disappointed
