The two poster prints I ordered came out beautifully, and I really appreciated the fast shipping. However, one of the smaller prints was incorrect and had to be reprinted. They handled the reprint very quickly, which I appreciated, but unfortunately it did not arrive in time for the opening, when I needed it most. So I am giving 4 stars.
One thing I still wonder is why the wrong version was printed and shipped, even though the final print file had already been confirmed.
That said, the final quality of the prints was excellent, and I would still be happy to order from them again.

Wonderful service
I made a mistake and sent it to the wrong location. The lady at the front desk said that it was an easy fix! Immediately calmed my nerves and foxed the issue in a timely manner!

The pitch quality was exceptional
The pitch quality was exceptional. The colors were amazing and I appreciate that because I've seen other peoples pictures at functions and they weren't that good. The only problem I have is that I did not get a notification stating that my package was being shipped and it came earlier than I expected, and my neighbor brought it to my door because it was left in the mailbox area.
