Wasting time. They direct my case to the wrong department. In the last minute they informed me, they won’t be able to process the care after they took all applications. Put my case on time emergency with Court and answer was they supporting the crime, not a victims. Totally disrespectful organisation. Wasting time and money. I won’t recommend to anyone. Criminal s who supporting other criminals!!!
