Lack of communication, caused unwanted additional stress
Once our new build was ready, things were very slow! We were first time buyers so everything was new to us, they did not explain the process well, I was constantly chasing for answers over queries, being told by the developer that everyone was ready to exchange but I once again had to chase Brights due to their lack of communication with myself on what exactly they were waiting on. Then completion well… around 4:20pm
on a Friday, 12 days before Christmas!! We completed. Buying your first house is stressful enough and unfortunately these guys did not help in that situation at all, we even thought about pulling out purely due to stress it was giving us.
Sorry, but I would not recommend this company for conveyancing.
