I placed the order on March 21st, and after placing it, I only received the order confirmation. When I checked the reviews, I was a bit worried and thought I might have fallen for a scam. However, I called the company and was well assisted, being informed that the order had been sent to the factory. After that, I didn’t receive any emails until the delivery day (exactly 7 days later, as they had informed me it would be). The delivery person just left it in my backyard and left. I would say the company has a lack of communication after ordered, but everything went well with my order and it arrived correctly.

I ordered some skirting that was proving difficult to get locally. I placed the order but then read the reviews which did cast some doubts. What I can say is the product was perfect, customer service was brilliant, price was competitive and overall was very impressed.

Skirting delivered broken in 3 places. Despite their admittance that it would have happened in transit they refused to refund or replace as I hadn’t unpacked it within 24 hours ( builders not ready for it so we did not unpack for a few days). Extremely bad customer service. Do not use this company.

Requested refund, said they would honour, many month later still not honoured even though they delivered broken boards, and boards that do not fully match their online photos. Avoid at all cost.

Complete lack of communication from this company. No confirmation email, no tracking. Eventually received a response from them 7 working days after submitting a query.
Delivery extremely expensive and order was not delivered within expected time frame.

Ordered Hawkstine wall mouldings kits. They arrived within a few days and were perfectly mitred. A good price too! They look fantastic on my wall.

1 Star – Avoid at All Costs! ⚠️
I paid extra for 1–3 day delivery, was promised delivery on Wednesday (from Friday), and yet got nothing—no updates, no tracking, no help. Customer service was frustrating, and I was offered neither a cancellation nor a refund.
I ended up having to pick up 3-meter skirting boards myself after work and install them overnight because the builders couldn’t wait, and I had carpet being fitted the next morning.
On top of that, the skirting boards are only average quality. Extremely disappointing service—I will never order from them again!

We ordered skirtings in advance. Came two bundles. Wide skirting we used earlier. After some time unpacked narrow skirtings package. Missing 16 strips for 130£. Once contacted, answer was: too much time past to carry on investigation.
Serious? It is not 13 pound. What about carry on investigation and making improvements on marking items packages client could track if all bundles were delivered. There is two option: delivery guy missed to pas bundle or it never been dispatched. But it is easier to say: too much time. Descent business would Investigate it just to avoid such things in future.

I’ve never been so disappointed with a company. I paid £50 for express delivery from Central Skirting, expecting my order within 1–3 days. It arrived 2 days late, which ended up costing me a full day’s wage for my joiner – completely unacceptable.

When I contacted them to request a refund for the express delivery that failed to arrive on time, they refused outright and offered no apology. Communication was poor, and it’s clear that customer service and accountability are not a priority for this company.

If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid Central Skirting. Their service is unreliable, their delivery promises are meaningless, and their attitude toward customers is shocking. A total waste of money and energy.

This company (CENTRAL SKIRTING) cancelled my order after complaining that delivery was late,I had previously used CENTRAL SKIRTING and was sent an email apologising for the delay so I gave them another chance.What a foolish thing to do on my part,as CENTRAL SKIRTING once again let me down.They also explained that ebay should not put a delivery date on orders.Good luck to anyone using CENTRAL SKIRTING

Ordered samples. Never showed up and ignored email since.

Ordered samples over two weeks ago. No sign of them. Have sent several emails and no response. Avoid this company.
