Worst management company I've ever…
Worst management company I've ever experienced. Completely useless. Don't answer calls, tickets, emails. Unable to send correct invoices. Never do any repairs, yet their fees raise every year
They should be investigated for fraud.
We at Trinity Court in Margate, kicked them out. We formed an RTM company and took control and slashed our bills by 50%. I encourage anyone under their "management" do the same.
Even now 3 months after we booted them out, they don't have control, yet they still send us invoices.
Completely clueless.
Completely inept.
I look forward to the generic reply. Everything you need is in this message, don't bother asking for more details.

Positive reviews are fake...
When I first moved in I received a letter stating i owed money, I paid it straight away. Later I realised it is due by the people before me and requested a refund....I have not heard from the company since, it has now been over a year of emails and phone calls.
Never attend the property and charge for it - they have been taken to court many times and lost i cannot believe they are still allowed to exist!
Given the number of people in my building and the fact every single one hates/has issues with My Centrick I fully believe the reviews on here are manipulated/lies.

Avoid my best advice.
I had my worst renting experience with Centrick . The agency failed to fix a broken bed despite the issue being reported 5 months ago , and the heating was not properly dealt with throughout the winter, which made the living conditions very uncomfortable.
Communication was also very poor, as my emails were I had a very disappointing experience. The landlord/agency failed to fix a broken bed despite the issue being reported, and the heating was not properly dealt with throughout the winter, which made the living conditions very uncomfortable.
Communication was also very poor, as my emails were repeatedly ignored or not answered properly. Overall, I felt that repairs and tenant concerns were not taken seriously. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Impossible to get in touch with the…
Impossible to get in touch with the credit control team in centric. They have sent debt collectors to my house despite them never sending invoices for the service charge. When you wait 1 hr to talk to the general line they don't have the right information on the computer to be of any use.

Absolute liars
Absolute liars. They have said that they will review the situation and again they do not even care and they do not do anything about your complaint. We have had a leak for years and they refused to repair it and they have found every excuse under the Sun not to repair it and they know exactly what I’m talking about. So don’t ask me for my email address And for you to help because you never do the whole building has been neglected by Centrick as a management company and that is why we are homeless. How can you review us being homeless and do something about it because you can’t and you have failed as a management company.

My flat was badly damaged once again due to external damages which centrick failed to fix on time. I was promised if I paid £950 to have the repairs done, including a hole in my roof due to a leak being left for years, centrick would refund me. They lie time and time again and have not refunded me despite promising to do so. They don’t answer phone calls or emails. DO NOT TRUST these liars.

Excellent staff
