Camila,
We’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service.
I’ve looked into this and can see that there was a cutting error which caused the visible lines, and that you were also unhappy with the overall quality. Our team asked for the product to be rendered unusable, however it appears there may have been some miscommunication around this request, which I can only apologise for. A full refund has now been issued and should be back with you within the next few days.
Please accept our apologies for any upset this situation has caused. Thank you for your feedback, as we’re always striving to improve our services.
Kind Regards,
Mya
Customer Service Support.
