CEWE Avis 

Cewe advertise they do instant prints, which i was assuming they would be in my hand when the transaction was completed. I ordered on the 27th August and I still haven't received them as of the 5th September. It only said on the website after I paid when they would be ready (3-9). The website needs better instruction on when you would recieve before purchase. Ended up spending a few pounds more for the same prints from Docsol for 1 hour prints. Never use the service again

The quality of pictures is very poor, some photos was cut it. You can't see maybe on 5 photos faces and it wasn't like that how I created on these photos

Good quality classic paper. Photo printing very good.

Great graphic options - stickers, backgrounds and text choices.
The ability to enlarge the photo before dropping in would be good (ie to verify its content/quality).
“Gilting” option is excellent- the standout from your competitors.
It would be good to have rulers or grid snap option to ensure alignment.
The production quality is excellent, very pleased.
But delivery is very slow. Book came 4 days after expected date. I made 2 other photo books after my CEWE one and the booth arrived beforehand.

Extremely easy software to design your book - whether you design it yourself or use suggested templates. Very intuitive. Amazing paper options (the photograpic paper choice is lovely and thick and oozes good quality - great in the larger books but maybe slightly wasted on the smaller size? The gold etc metalic text option on the cover brings the look to another level. Fast delivery and great customer service. Highly recommend.

I buy a personalised calendar every year for a family Christmas present. Christmas 2025, I order the calendar, spending a considerable amount of time choosing pictures for the next 12 months. When the calendar arrived, it was sub-standard quality. It was the desk calendar and didn't even stand up. It flops over everytime it is placed independently on a desk. I contacted CEWE and was asked to send videos which I did. I got a bland response that this is the calendar they now make in the lab so they cannot improve it, if I wasn't happy I could return it for a refund, no help with returning it by post so I just didn't bother. 8 months later, I am still using it, flopping over and holding it up by balancing on the old calendar I got from them 12 months previously. Just another example of companies cheaping out on quality. Disappointed customer, not returning.

The photos I ordered from Cewe were not good at all - I am trying to get a refund as I ordered l loads for my wedding album and they are not usable. They had streaky lines all over them, from what I assume was an error with the printing process or just bad quality finish?
I paid for the higher quality option and they did not feel higher quality at all, especially in comparison to cheaper options I have previously bought from other companies.
When I rang the customer support number to request a refund the process on the phone line was terrible and glitchy, not straight forward, and the support when I finally reached someone was so also bad.
Firstly the phone line sounded like it was not 100% real or legitimate, it cut out 3 times on me, with a high pitched beep then just call ending. I eventually got through to a real person. This person did confirm I would receive an email with refund instructions, however it took a very long time, with huge long silence without them explaining a thing. When I asked them if I would have to return through An Post (the main postal service in Ireland) they vaguely said yes, but did not confirm the actual service name. I then received the email but with a link to Royal Mail returns which is the postal service used in the UK not Ireland. I have emailed back asking for the correct link and not heard anything back yet and it has been over 24 hours. I will try to call again.
Overall VERY unprofessional service and bad quality product.

I enjoyed the whole process of making the album! It was easy and the pictures came out to well on the album too. The delivery was just as promised also.

Great service, top class company.

Washed out colour. Very poor colour processing - when viewed from the side the image looks like a negative. Does nobody check prints for quality?? Yes the print is cheap, but the quality is rubbish.

Sent my disposable camera off in may 26- it’s now July and the company are stating they have been delivered to the boots store but bits say different. Lost the photos from my husband bday trip to italy
