Excellent customer service - Nisha replied to my instagram message within 3 hours and following correspondences were just as swift. I ordered a box of brownies and barfis for a family friend in conjunction with Eid which they said were very delicious and recommend 100%! Trust Chai & Spice for your future gifts/surprises :)

I have been following Chai & Spice for so long holding back the water dripping from my mouth every time I see images of the most incredible flavours of barfi and brownies! Finally, I had the opportunity to order - unfortunately not for myself but for my friends observing the month of Ramadan. Chai & Spice had an amazing variety box of barfi stuffed dates! The ordering process was straightfoward and simple, I had confirmation of my order as soon as payment was made and was kept up to date with dispatch and dleivery notifications so I could track the moment my gifts would arrive. Easy and painless!

But then... of course, the barfi dates were put to the test - the feedback was they are "incredible", "so unique", "flavours are epic", "presentation was beautiful", "thank you for the hand written note" - not going to lie, I felt a bit left out at this point, I really should have got some for myself!

Overall though, a massive success. Quality products, quality service, clearly great pride and integrity in their business and some very happy friends. Thank you Chai & Spice, will definitely be ordering from you again (perhaps the brownies next time... for myself), keep up the great work!

Placed a bespoke order for a first birthday with Chai and Spice. Their flavours were so delicious and barfi was really fresh. Everyone loved them. The customer service was fantastic, so personal and so thoughtful. Quick response times, very clear in communication and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them!

In terms of customer service, Nisha accommodated my order at the very last minute, and was more than helpful to try and make sure I was satisfied.

The barfis were delicious...not too sweet, so as not to overpower the subtle flavours of each barfi.

My mum was delighted with her Mother’s Day gift box, in fact when I called her on the morning she opened it the treats were already mostly eaten! She said the barfi was perfect as it wasn’t overpoweringly sweet and reminded her of the one her dad used to make.

Nisha is an absolute delight - my mum was so please with her Mother’s Day box. The presentation and the quality of the gift was stunning and you could see how much love and care had gone in to creating it.

Ordered the Biscoff barfi for the first time and OH MY GOODNESS it’s SOO YUMMY! Biscoff is one of my favourite things in the world but I’m often disappointed with Biscoff flavoured things, as they aren’t ‘Biscoff’ enough. This Barfi is thankfully so full of Biscoff flavour. Will definitely be ordering again and I’m excited to try other flavours too - especially lychee and rose and Oreos!

I placed an order for 5 boxes, each with their own individual message and staggered delivery dates. Nisha was helpful and patient in all of our email interactions.
All 5 deliveries arrived on time and the feedback I got from the recipients was amazing! They all loved the presentation, hand written message from me and the goodies were delicious.
Heartwarming that I was able to send gifts which made such a huge impact in this virtual world that we are living in!

I ordered a box of barfi and brownies for my husband’s birthday. They went down an absolute treat! Our favourites were the Oreo and Biscoff barfi and white choc brownies. Loved them so much I ordered another box for Valentine’s Day and a box of barfi and stuffed dates for my dad’s birthday. My parents loved them too!

Ordered some Chai and Spice Barfi’s for Diwali. Loved the fusion flavours! Barfi’s arrived just in time and we had great fun playing “guess the flavours” with our family! Would highly recommend Chai and Spice for a little twist on traditional Indian mithai!
