Their products are SO good, i recently bought one and they not only arrived quickly im also in love with the product. Its of high quality and they have Quick and friendly customer service as well! Thank you Chalazias!!

I recently ordered the limited edition green fluorite bottle with an amethyst replacement crystal. It took almost 3 weeks to ship (I’m in the USA) and when it finally did, it didn’t come with a tracking number. I emailed chalazias so I could see how long it would take to get to me and no one responded. I finally got it yesterday, 4 days after the email was sent) but it has no lotus on the bottle like in the picture. I was a little upset about that but I figured I could put my own on it. I then realized after washing it and filling it up that it leaks from the bottom when I drink. I’m really disappointed because I want to love this water bottle but it’s definitely not worth the $70 I spent. Once the company got back to me after the second email they were super nice and explained they are still a small company trying to work out issues. I’m willing to give them another shot but if like it to be a way faster than 3 weeks for a replacement bottle to be shipped.

Thank you Chalazias for this amazing and unique bottle!! Never seen such a bottle before, I take it with me everytime I hit the gym and it gives me so much energy for my gainz🍑

I knew this seemed to good to be true! When I saw their bottles on instagram, I left a comment asking if they had any plans for any other crystals, and their team reached out to me personally with an image of what I was asking for! I ordered a bottle on July 27th and received an automated response that my order would be shipped soon, and I would receive another email as soon as my order had shipped. Over a week went by, and I hadn’t heard anything, so I reached out to them on August 7th to find out the status of my bottle, and no one has responded to my email, nor have I heard any news about my order. I have held on to all of my receipts as I noticed the company is trying to challenge my review. I also never received notice that my order has shipped, which they stated in response to this review. This feels like a scam!

I ordered a bottle and it came in perfekt condition. I really enjoy it, the design is awesome and i use it almost every day. The shipment took some time but it is worth it :) I enjoy my amethyst bottle an already ordered some for my friends!

I’m really disapoint with chalazias team. I really wanted to have a nice and beautiful botle with a crystal to use in my day a day, but what I got unfortunally was a huge lack of professionalism, headache and loss of money..

I made a purchase on the site in April that was never delivered in Brazil and I am contacting chalazias team and asking for a refund, but chalazias does not reply my emails, or resubmit what Promissed to deliver or simply return my money.

So, Please, chalazia’s team contact me and do what you promise to deliver to your customers.

If I could leave no stars I would have sent two emails with requested photos of the damaged water bottle. No response, also chatted online two times and was told someone would get back to me about a replacement. Worst customer service. Be very careful ordering from this company.

Despite some difficulties( first time didn’t receive the order for months, second time received damaged due to unproper package) the third time we received the amethyst bottle in perfect shape. Mu daughter is very pleased with it. Thank you for your efforts to make up for the inconveniences!

Even thought their product is to fall in love with, they have messed up my orders not once but twice.
I have ordered their Black Obsidian bottle and they sent me the Smoky Quartz.

With ordering anything online I was sceptical considering how amazing the prices were for such beautiful crystal water bottles. I voiced some of my concerns to the customer service (CS) and she put those doubts to rest. I have had a few conversations with Emma from CS and I can honestly say that I have never received better CS in my life. The crystals are absolutely stunning and the bottles are designed in a way that is easy to clean. I will say that it did take a while for it to be delivered but I think that has more to do with the fact that I live in Australia so everything takes a long time to get here. Overall, I had a great experiences with Chalazias and would definitely recommend it to anyone

In love with this product, I bought the amethyst bottle and noticed positive mood improvements in a matter of just a week. The packaging is good, bottle came in perfect condition. Delivery took a bit of time but they announced an improvement on delivery times very soon.
