Challenge Central Avis 

Dave and Steve were just excellent on our recent London Amsterdam bike challenge. They both ensured that every thing went smoothly, and when unexpected things like road closures and festivals did happen, they just calmly worked the problem. This is the second trip I have booked through Challenge Central and would definitely recommend them to all.

Steve (Kingy) and Rob were absolutely brilliant. I had the best time doing the London to Amsterdam ride. My only regret is that it wasn't longer. The only suggestion for the future is that as we stayed in utrech it would have been great to see more of the city, as it's the cycling capital of the world. That's just a suggestion though and I appreciate that it would have been a challenge to do that. Thanks both for a great event - I'll be back.

I can’t thank Steve and Rob enough for the huge amount of effort they put in to make our trip to Amsterdam so special. Nothing was too much trouble for them and every minute of the trip was so supported. Thanks guys I’m sure we will be back. Cheers Julian

The whole experience was amazing, the staff were fantastic at keeping us safe, fed and hydrated. The communication was clear from start to finish ensuring we had everything we needed. Alan has the patient of the saint looking after the "A team"! he made sure all our needs were met, even joining us in our singing. All the staff went above and beyond making sure we had the best time despite the challenging weather and long days. I look forward to our next adventure with the team.

My first adventure with Challenge Central - and it certainly won't be my last!! Cycled from Prague to Krakow. This was the first time I had done anything like this and I was so nervous. With Alan, Mark and Cookie guiding us my nerves were soon a thing of the past. From morning briefings, advice on riding in groups to the personal support when you are grinding up a hill questioning your life they were there through it all with you!!

I cannot wait for my next adventure with CC - this experience has ignited something in me that I didn't even know was there - thank you so much for keeping us safe and looked after - and thank you Alan for singing along with the Singing Cyclists! 🚴

Prague to Krakow.
The heat was unprecedented the scenery hard to match and the team that started were different people at the end.
The group were supported the entire time. When you needed food or mechanicals taken care of Mark was able to find a solution where possible.
It was amazing to see and experience the history along the way with Mark giving insights into what had happened along the way.

Well what can I say!
Another epic adventure with the best support around!! You can not fault the expertise of Alan, Mark & Mark

This years challenge was a serious challenge, longer miles, higher hills and extreme heat! we had some incidents (falls off bikes, including me!!!) which were dealt with immediately and professionally by the team.

We were briefed every morning over heat conditions and how to hydrate properly, extra stops planned and delivered.

If you are reading this thinking I’d love to complete a challenge and need support I would highly recommend this company, from organised challenges to bespoke ones, they cater for most activities

Had the best time, gutted it’s over and cannot wait for the next challenge!! Whatever that may be!

I’ve just completed my 5th Charity bike ride abroad with Challenge Central and can not rate them high enough!

In extreme weather conditions with several of the team having bumps or experiencing heat exhaustion, the CC team responded swiftly and professionally putting our riders safety first.

Ensuring we had additional water stops and went at our pace, they were fantastic. No pressure from CC just encouraging and supporting each everyone of the team.

Can’t wait to do it all again next year.

I cannot recommend Challenge Central highly enough.

I recently completed the London to Paris ride with them, and from start to finish the organisation was absolutely first class. The team provided a truly premium service, not only during the event itself but also throughout the preparation leading up to it.

Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whether it was advice before the ride, support on the road, spare inner tubes when needed, or simply encouragement at the right moment, the team were always there. Every hydration and nutrition stop was perfectly organised and exactly where you needed it. It allowed us to focus entirely on enjoying the ride.

What impressed me most was the professionalism and experience of the entire crew. You could clearly see that they have been doing this for many years. Every detail was carefully thought through, from the route planning and logistics to rider safety and support.

The accommodation throughout the trip was excellent, the routes were beautiful and well designed, and the atmosphere was incredible. The motivation and encouragement from the team never stopped, even during the toughest moments.

A special mention must go to the restaurants and hidden gems they introduced us to along the way, especially in Beauvais. Those experiences added so much to the trip and made it feel like far more than just a cycling challenge. The evening entertainment and camaraderie were fantastic as well.

This was my second event with Challenge Central after riding London to Amsterdam with them previously, and once again they delivered an exceptional experience. In fact, I was delighted to see they were organising this year’s event because I knew we were in safe hands.

Thank you to Steve and the entire Challenge Central team for creating unforgettable memories and making every rider feel supported from beginning to end.

A genuine pleasure to be part of it. I would recommend Challenge Central to anyone without hesitation and look forward to joining another adventure in the future.

Just back from an incredible experience riding from London to Paris with colleagues from The Access Group, and I can honestly say Challenge Central delivered something really special.

From start to finish everything was brilliantly organised - the route, logistics, support, and the little details that made a big challenge feel completely achievable. You could tell a huge amount of thought had gone into making sure everyone was looked after and able to enjoy the ride safely.

A special mention has to go to Kingy, Lloyd, Mike and Lou - the support crew who were absolutely outstanding throughout. Always calm, always encouraging, and somehow always in the right place at the right time when you needed them most. They made a massive difference to the whole experience and kept morale high all the way to Paris.

It was tough at times, but also unforgettable - brilliant people, brilliant organisation, and a proper sense of achievement crossing that finish line.

Would highly recommend Challenge Central to anyone thinking about taking on a cycling challenge like this.

The CC team are incredible - Steve, Mike, Bob, Lou, and David all looked after us so incredibly well on our cycle from London to Paris.

They were organised, kind, fun, and went the extra mile any chance they could to make things easier and more enjoyable for us all. When I struggled on some of the descents in the rain, the guys were right there encouraging me and looking after me. When we were melting in the heat, they were doing extra water stops, giving us ice and making sure we were all ok.

Thanks for an unforgettable trip and for all your hard work to get us to Paris safely and with the best memories!

Thanks Kingy, Lloydy, Bob, Lou & Mike. Just finished L2P Ride with 17 of my colleagues from The Access Group. The CC crew were fantastic, as well as the planning, food and drink we had invaluable advice and encouragement throughout the 3 days, oh and bike support. Seeing yellow CC shirt cheering you (Lou Kingy) on at the top of a hill just gives your legs a boost to get you over. Thanks for the photos as well. Also great company at the breaks and in the evening. Hope to see you all again.

Yet again, another amazing experience with Challenge Central. Last year I took part in their Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge and enjoyed it so much that this year I did the Snowdonia 3 Peaks Challenge! It was just as brilliant, if not better. The staff are all amazing - super knowledgable, supportive and friendly. They guide you through the trip brilliantly and you always feel safe. Thank you Alan and the Challenge Central team! I can’t wait for the next time..!

We had the best guided hike up Snowdon with the challenge central team. Every hike leader was knowledgeable, friendly and most of all supportive, every (literal) step of the way! They all took every effort to make sure everyone in the group was prepared and looked after throughout the trek from start to finish. A special mention to Clive, Alan, Nathan & Alex for the laughs, chats and support.

The Challenge Central Team were amazing from start to finish. The booking process was easy, they answered all our questions and were flexible with changes we made. The team we had on the day were incredible, our driver Steve and 3 mountain guides were fantastic, we wouldn't have been able to complete the challenge without them!! Would really recommend using Challenge Central.

This was our third challenge with Alan and the guys and it was an amazing experience. Our guides Fitz and Ross were fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure all of us were well looked after. The sun came back out to greet us back into the valley after a cold ascent but conquering the peaks were epic! The cold beer and BBQ waiting for us at the end topped it all off. It was one of our bigger challenges and everyone smashed it at ALM fitness ❤️🖤

Challenge Central always put together a great challenge. London to Brighton was certainly that! The walk was well thought out, the route was beautiful and the sun joined us for the entire walk. There were plenty of stops along the way. Steve our Guide was brilliant, very positive and creating lots of laughter along the way. Our Support, Mark, also an integral part of our 103km, there at every 5 mile check-point with food, water and more laughter. Can't wait for where Challenge Central will take me next, whether on foot or two wheels. I will certainly be recommending Challenge Central. Thank you. Kelly Richardson

Challenge Central’s Ultra from London to Brighton was an exceptional experience with phenomenal support literally every step of the way. We know we can fully trust these guys and have lots of laughs too! Could not recommend more highly.
