Very slow dispatch but apart from that I got the item well packaged and exactly how it was described so I'm pleased

Great champagne, brilliant delivery.

I ordered a jeroboam last Wednesday for my son’s 21st and selected next day delivery. Today is Sunday and it hasn’t arrived. Impossible to get hold of. Phone rings once and then you’re taken to voicemail. No one responds to chat. I’ve left several messages and emails and no response so far. I’ll update this review if anything changes but given that I’ve spent my money and not even been given a tracking number or delivery date, and not managed to speak to anyone, I currently feel I’ve been scammed.
Updating on Monday:
1. I had a response from them to my Trustpilot review above, asking for more info, before anyone responded to my messages about the order.
2. Thought I'd try again before updating this review. Called them and again it went straight to voicemail with a message about all lines being busy. This is clearly untrue since every call goes straight to voicemail.
3. Got on to the chat where finally someone responded. Was told that I should have emailed the warehouse. How on earth should I have known that?! And given no-one has responded to the messages left via chat and voicemail, I certainly didn't think that sending a message to info@champagneone would work
4. Someone has finally emailed me (I did ask on the chat that they call me and gave them my number but they emailed instead). They told there is a major delay on my order at the warehouse. As it is now too late for my son's birthday I've asked them to cancel the order. I assume that will happen but will update here if it doesn't.

The fact that I was unable to source the product anywhere else.

Delivery was prompt and very well packaged.

Poor communication, missed deadlines and underdelivering all whilst not providing refunds or acceptable solutions.

Was able to get an item that couldn't find anywhere else. They were brilliant at making sure I was able to get in time. Top service!

I had to take an alternative champagne as mine was out of stock

Always first class service, and if thairs a problem good communication and your kept upto date .

I placed an order for two bottles of champagne. They contacted me to say one was unavailable so we agreed on an alternative subject to them refunding me the difference in price. The refund didn’t come despite me asking for it. They don’t respond to live chat, emails or answer the telephone.

Today my order arrived with a completely different bottle to what we agreed. It’s cheaper still and no refund in sight. To make matters worse they then invoiced me for the item they couldn’t supply.

So I am due a refund and the correct bottle.

Update: the company collected the incorrect bottle (the day after I waited in all day for collection) and have now processed a refund of the item they could not supply.

Great service

Long story but despite stock out and breakage of drinks in transit Champagne One came through with the goods in time for Valentines Day. So thanks for perseverance as well as first rate champagne and great prices.
