Ordered delivered and consumed all good...

They didn’t have the order I paid for and then couldn’t give a refund, instead suggesting I asked my bank to claim the money back from them. It was very unusual to the extent I assumed it was a scam.

Only after many emails did I understand it was a stock issue. We then changed the order to something else, which they delivered very quickly and provided an extra bottle.

I note Champagne One are ‘rated excellent’ on Trustpilot. This is not my personal experience at all. Placed an order, paid £8 for delivery, expecting this to be delivered next day, couple of days at most, since they advertise’Fast UK & Worldwide Delivery’ on the website. I queried non delivery 4 days later, as the order was a gift. Email reply ‘it will be delivered tomorrow’. It wasn’t, and still has not been delivered, with no communication at all. I am extremely displeased, as no confirmation of despatch, no tracking details, and no communication whatsoever. On my second request Ryan replied stating the courier company had tried twice to deliver but found no-one home so returned item to Champagne One. What I fail to understand is the lack of any communication to either myself or the gift recipient of this.
Ryan gave excellent customer service to try and rectify the situation, refunding my payment so that I can now shop elsewhere.

Delivery was slower than expected but I was kept fully in the picture throughout, so no problems. Perfectly satisfied with the service

Ordered on the 29th March for a wedding , unfortunately they didn’t have what I needed in stock , they sent out a replacement which arrived after the wedding but were very helpful in the end arranging this.

I placed an order for a bottle of Champagne and champagne flutes, as a present for my niece’s 21st birthday, which sadly didn’t arrive on time.
I contacted Champagne One by e-mail and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They corresponded with my many times regarding my order and offered me many alternatives to speed up my delivery.
Many thanks to Ryan, your help was truly appreciated.
I have bought from Champagne One many times before and will continue to do so in the future.

DO NOT order anything from this company. They are rip off merchants. They will take your money and not send items. I repeat do not order anything from this company. Look at the 1 star reviews!!! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Great service. Temporary issue with the product I wanted not being available but resolved very quickly.

I ordered a bottle of whisky for my father's birthday. I got no confirmation email or text. I then emailed the company who said (Ryan) they didn't actually have the whisky in stock but would send it to me by the time of my dad's birthday a week later. A week later (the day before the birthday) and no email, text or bottle of whisky! I emailed Ryan again (the phone number is not ever answered) and he said that they still didn't actually have the whisky but could send me something else or refund immediately (The site still says they have the whisky available for immediate delivery). 5 days later and they still have not refunded my £180. A terrible company taking money for products they don't have, terrible communication and no refund. I will have to go to my credit card company to cancel. Do not use this company.

Order process was easy. Delivery of item arrived within 3 days. I bought this Outer Space Vodka for my husbands 50th as we originally purchased this item last year for a friend's 50th.
My husband & friend said it had a very nice flavour & was very smooth.
Would most definitely recommend.

Great seller but not very impressed with the 5%off card they sent with my order, used it once then couldn't use it again at time up on it, don't know why they bothered sending it me.

Lovely wine at a reasonable price. The more you buy the cheaper each bottle costs. Delivery was a little on the slow side, but my wine may have had to come a long way? Also, it would be great if they kept me informed at each stage. More emails about what's happening with my order and expected delivery date and time would be brilliant, thanks. Otherwise spot on.

Nothing to acknowledge my order. Glad I took a picture of screen. Too worried to order again.
