From the moment Callum stepped into my house he inspired me with confidence. He is a positive person and his understanding of the market meant we reached a sale price that was realistic. He had a clear and concise plan to sell my house and took into account the stress for vendors in keeping a home in 'Viewing' status. Callum was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. My partner and I were first time buyers and Callum had a very interesting property listing and quick arranged a viewing. He easily answered all our questions. We put in and offer and he gave us a chance for a final bid. He kept us in the loop throughout often putting up with challenges getting through to us while at work and having to converse with each other while making a big decision. Then when we got the offer accepted he recommended a solicitor that was very helpful and keep involved during the process to ensure a smooth handover allowing us to get in before Christmas. All in all it was a very professional but personal service.
