When I first arrived in Market Rasen looking to rent, Lesley Spikings went out of her way to make viewings happen on the day I was there. That was crucial to my securing a great flat.
My whole experience of renting first time has been coloured by the gold standard of care of the team there.

First Lesley, latterly Sammy Mummery, have always been attentive and prompt to try and sort out issues that arose.
Everything is logged on their system to stay on top of chasing contractors, and the contractors they use have always been first rate.
Happy tenants is the best way any agent can serve the interests of the landlords that employ them. PGM serve both landlord and tenant with grace and efficiency.
