Item not as described!!! Complete rip off- the quality is terrible. Not a uk company- shipped from china. Ordered over 2.5 weeks ago and the product is laughable. I want a refund.

Would give zero if I could. The item is barely 5 inches tall. Cheap and nasty. Wouldn't belittle myself in giving this as a gift to any relative. The reviews on the actual Chapter 84 website are obviously false and entirely made up. Why doesn't Facebook do something about these charlatans. Apparently it costs approximately £27 to return it to China. This company is completely fraudulent. The item didn't come in a nice presentation box but a cheap polystyrene inner box then packed in an inferior cardboard box. DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Please do not purchase any goods from this company, your pay 30,40 or £50 pounds and get a light weight piece of glass from china worth a couple of pounds. I recently purchased the British bulldog, it was a joke it looked nothing like the advert, all you will get from thier customer services is a 15% off a piece of rubbish. The returns cost far outweighs you get any money back and they will mess you about saying it has to be checked in before a refund can be given. It infuriates me how we allow these companies to rip us off without any real recourse to do anything. I hope this is read by thousands and Chapter 84 starts an honesty campaign, you have been warned.

I would not recommend buying from Chapter 84.

I ordered the Mustang decanter for Jack Daniel's, and the whole experience was very disappointing. The item took around 20 days to arrive, which is an unreasonably long delivery time. During that period, I contacted customer service twice by email to ask for an update, but their communication was poor and I never received a clear answer about when my order would actually be delivered.

When the product finally arrived, it looked nothing like the photos advertised on the website. The decanter is extremely small and cheaply made, and in my opinion is not worth more than £1. It also arrived in a plain, shabby brown box, which was completely different from the presentation shown in the product images.

Overall, the product quality, misleading advertising, slow delivery, and terrible customer service made this a very disappointing purchase. Based on my experience, I would never advise anyone else to buy from this company and I certainly will not be purchasing from them again.

Ordered the Harley Davidson whisky decanter. When it finally arrived after approx 3 weeks It is hard to know where to begin - The decanter is much smaller than expected. It is of poor quality. The Harley Davidson sticker has been attached at an angle on the bottom of the decanter rather than straight. The top sticker has just been stuck on with very little care or attention. Very cheap looking product.

Delivery so slow when arrived found that I'd received a piece of plastic which didn't resemble the picture of the whiskey decanter absolute rubbish do not recommend buying this product and no chance of getting a refund the best place for it is the bin 😡

Just received the fire truck,nothing like the picture and it comes empty and also in cheap bubble wrap not a lovely box as in picture,honestly save your money 💰😔

What an absolute rip off. Item was not in a presentation box as stated on the site.
The pictures of the item showed a full sized decanter but what arrived was no bigger than a potion bottle.
Completely false advertising!

Received whiskey decanter...absolute cheap rubbish a lot smaller than any pictures they show on the website.possible worth a fiver at the most....don't waste your money purchasing anything from them.

Items are small, cheap and tacky that arrive in a polystyrene box. What you receive looks NOTHING like the items shown in the images. The item takes approximately 3-4 weeks to arrive........ from China! Scammers

The pictures on their website are misleading, what you get is nothing like in the pictures. They advertise as a UK company but are actually in China, when you complain and try to get a refund they say you have to pay for the return. The return is £25 and what you order is £27 so your out of pocket, when you say they have broken Tranding Standards Laws they say it doesn't apply to them. This company is a total rip off you have been warned.

Items received today, totally appalling quality nothing like the photos on website, not even worth 1 pound if you ask me , this sight needs taking down, bunch of fraudsters, not even worth returning items as cost to return to China will probably cost more than the item is worth. Do not buy

These products are not as advertised. They did not come in a presentation box and were simply wrapped in polystyrene and placed in a plain box. The glasses are cheap and tacky, very small, and can probably hold only around 300ml. The stickers are poorly placed, and they are not even worth £5 from a market stall.
DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS they are absolute rubbish.
They also state that if you are not happy, you can return the item, but they do not tell you that they are based in Europe rather than the UK. Some parts of their policies do not comply with UK trading standards and consumer laws.
Another issue is that to obtain a refund, you must return the item to their sorting warehouse in China. They operate using a .co.uk email address and present themselves as "Chapter 84 London", leading customers to believe they are a UK based company.
This is extremely misleading and quite shocking.

Bought the DAD decanter for Father's Day and He's been showing it off ever since. Tasteful, not tacky. He loved it and I will be keeping an eye on what else they do

Wasn't sure what to expect ordering online But I was Pleasantly surprised. Packaging was really secure, arrived in perfect condition and looked far more expensive than it was. Will be back

Great bit of kit. ordered the Eagle and it turned up within the week, beautifully boxed. I have got a few decanters and this one genuinely stands out. The eagle sits on top of the stopper and it is really well executed. Pours without dripping too, which is more than I can say for some others

I would give this company zero stars! What i ordered and what i got is unacceptable! I ordered a skull decanter with loads of details on it and got a plastic skull that is the same some chilli sauce comes in. This i know as ive brought those before. Total scam its from China you won't get your money back!

This website is clearly someone working from their bedroom scamming people and making lots of money doing it!!!! Whoever it is DOES NOT HAVE ANY OF THE ITEMS!! They put prices of over £70rrp and make you think that buying for £29.99 is a bargain. STOP RIGHT THERE. You are putting YOUR money direct to their bank account, they are then going online and ordering item from china which costs less than half of what you pay them, they have uploaded pictures from the internet from other sites WHICH YOU CAN FIND JUST BY LOOKING on Google then have the item shipped directly to you from china.
The items are NOTHING like the pictures show, extremely poor quality and the sizes are less than half the size in pictures, they come wrapped in polystyrene and cardboard box.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS FRAUDSTERS WEBSITE AND YOUTUBE NEEDS TO BE INFORMED AND THIS FRAUDSTER REMOVED PERMANENTLY.

This is the first time I have used this company and it certainly won't be the last, I ordered the ozzie osbourne decanter and it was exactly as shown, I ordered two by mistake, after one email it was sorted and the refund was back on my card the same day,the person who was emailing me was so helpful and very understanding so top marks for all your help
