Scam Chinese company AVOID!!

The products are AI generated pictures and the actual product is cheap glass with none of the extra features. When asking for a refund you will be offered 20% discount to keep it. It’s not even worth half the price paid.

They will tell you you have to pay to return to China which will cost £25 +

Don’t not buy from this company because that have a .co.uk email address they Chinese

I am totally disgusted with what they sent as my order, I purchased a Skull design Whisky Decanter for my son, it looked amazing, but what I got was nothing like what I ordered, it didn't even come in the presentation box like shown on their site, I have contacted them so currently waiting to see what their response will be, but going by this I will be wanting a full refund, wouldn't trust them to send a replacement.

Ai company, fake advertising, dont fall for this. All the good reviews on this website are either completely unrelated to the products they sell or are over exaggerating, obviously fake reviews

Got the Harley decanter for Myself After years of Admiring them in shop. arrived well packed with no chips or Marks. looks Brilliant on the Sideboard and the Whisky Tastes better out of it..Or, maybe that is just the Occasion of pouring it properly for once.

Wouldn't have given any star if that allowed me to do that !
Avoid this company as the product is nothing like advertised on their website.
As for the 30 days hassle free return every email sent resulted on an increased discount to keep the product!!
I am about to drop it off at the post office this will probably result on the postage being more than the cost if the item.
Extremely dissatisfied is an understatement!!!!!
The amount to send this item back was £25.99 !!!

bought as a Birthday Gift for my Husband and it went down an absolute treat. Really well made, nothing flimsy about it. He is been using it every weekend since it arrived.

Total waste of money nothing like advertised my error not reviewing properly

These items are completely mis sold just read the reviews and every review is the same the product is half the size of the picture on website really poor quality do not purchase anything from this site

If I could rate this company less than this I would! Do not buy from them! False advertising make their website look great and what you get is the cheapest rubbish poor quality item stickers just stuck on lettering missing and nothing like what you thought you’d bought.no refund and if you send back it’s costing you £20 plus pound as return in china. Poor customer service might aswell have thrown money in the street, oh and if you look online you can get the same as what they send out to you less than half of what you pay disgusting !!

I wouldn’t even rate this company but had to to write my peace. Feel totally scammed and ripped off. Wish I had to read the reviews before purchasing.

Dont be fooled by this AI company. Nothing is how it looks on the site and then say you have to pay to send the item back for a refund, even though they have completely lied and fooled you. AVOID!

Seem to use a good photographer decanter doesn't look,anything like when arrived very disappointed item a lot smaller and is cheape and takey looking not of the quality advertised
