Beautiful big healthy hydrangea
Purchased a lovely, healthy hydrangea which was delivered quickly and safely. Usually plants are smaller than described and can disappoint, but this was as described, large and lovely

Purchased an olive tree
Purchased an olive tree, a wedding present for my niece who got married in Greece. Was really pleased with the tree & so was the Newley married couple. Added bonus too, they delayed delivery until I got back from holiday. Would definitely recommend Charelle Gardens.

Wonderful service & telephone manner when calling for advice which I got over the phone ,
The plants of jasmine where the best iv seen at any garden centre and prompt delivery that was boxed extremely well plants Arrived looking very healthy and green.

Great product and delivered with care
The tree arrived in good condition and was carefully packaged and transported. Communication and updates about delivery were appropriate and very useful and the package arrived in a timely way. The tree as as described and healthy and clearly despatched with care.

High quality plants
High quality plants, delivered with care.
The size of the Acer trees and Star Jasmine we ordered easily exceeds what was promised in the description. All are healthy plants, well cared for, and already settling in nicely.
Everything arrived in good shape and was carefully laid out in our garden waiting for us.

Repeat buyers with Charella
We are repeat buyers from Charella due to the service we experienced 4 years ago also being 5-star. We needed some larger Chelsea planters to replace 6 that the trees had outgrown. The 55 cm upgrade were really well priced so ordered 6 and they were delivered the next day, all in good order with a friendly smile. Three of the planters will be used for 3 bay trees which we bought those 4 years ago and remain really healthy, so we know their plants are also good!
