Charged Electric Bike Store Avis 

Still not recieved my headset bearings.
I bought these on the 21st of May,listed as in stock on the online shop.after 1 week of hearing nothing I messaged them only to be told they are on order from haibike Germany.
I waited a further 2 weeks,3 weeks in total and got no reply so I decided to leave negative feedback 2 days later and instantly got a reply accusing me of slander and that he would cancel my order and refund but I declined and said I want my bearings I have paid for.
I told him how petty he was being and my feedback was true and not slander.
I explained that I used the ebike to commute to work and back as I was discharged from the military after several operations on my legs and find a normal bike difficult.
I was told it was Brexits fault for delaying overseas shipments.
I explained how I recently ordered watch parts from Moscow and they arrived within 3 weeks via Turkey.
I have still not recieved an apology for the delay,the inconvenience and the 4 weeks of travel costs I have had to pay.
I explained how much I need these bearings and said I would remove the negative feedback if my bearings could be sorted asap.
This was ignored,my olive branch snapped in half.
The possible arrival date for the bearings was 5 weeks after order placed.
I would describe the person I messaged as arrogant and petty to say the least and will not use their services again.
Feedback exists so people can learn from your experiences,good or bad.
If only you had said sorry.

To find the part I was looking for for a long time a great business

Arrived to find the store us closed, despite online site stating opening hours.

The Web page CLEARLY shows the store would be open on the BSE shop page. Very disappointing and drove to Halesworth where the staff were really helpful.

Fast efficient and on the ball with knowledge, ordered product in afternoon and was with me next day .

While walking round the NEC caravan, camping and motorhome show we came across the charged electric bike store stand. We were greeted by Reece, who happened to be one of the owners. after looking at the extensive range of wisper bikes, we finally decided to go for the wisper 806 folding with the 700wh battery having the longest range. From placing the order to delivery was faster than expected we would highly recommend charged electric bike store.
