The whole process, from registering to bidding, was easy. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

Don’t use this company. It’s time for people to stand up and be counted.
What this company says is not true. The person that signed for it apparently was not any of us in my family. It was somebody that spelled R name wrong, and used a different initial than anyone in my family RROMEY not related to me. Have no idea who that is that’s not even my name. I asked you guys over and over again to check and see if for some reason you guys wound up with it it’s now back up on the market it’s from what I can tell through auction but it’s not through me it’s through you. Please double check your audit that I’ve asked for continuously because it did not come to me nor did I buy it. I change my credit card number because somebody was buying things with my credit card number my credit card company can’t do much because you used information for somehow to suggest that it actually was me that bought it but it was not me and nor did I receive it nor did I sign for it northern anybody in my family sign for it so therefore you stole $975 from me Find the card it’s gotta be there somewhere check your mail room check receivables
Additionally, I’ve asked for callbacks and you guys refused to call me back. Additionally, you guys refused to answer the phone nine or 10 times I’ve called it’s going to some sort of voicemail. The one time I talk to one kid he was rude and disrespectful but said somebody would call me back. I’m still waiting.

Bought a golf cart of Travis Kelces over 3 weeks ago and still have yet to receive it. We have done our part and paid the money! The delivery of the golf cart is something that should have been known before the auction. This doesn’t look good for your company especially since it’s for charity.

My item was wrapped and shipped very well. When I had questions after purchase about when it would ship Jojo at Charity Buzz was so helpful. Thrilled with my purchase and can't wait to see what auctions occur in the future.

Great items & easy to bid on. I didn't realize that there was a 10 min extension at the end of someone ties I guess it outbids you. It was odd - there were like 5 seconds left & suddenly it said I was outbid & then there were 10 more min. I wish that had been explained.
Also, it took a while to know I'd won-other sites are quicker to confirm that. Plus, I got an email about winning that said a follow up email about how to proceed would come, but that hasn't arrived yet. Hopefully that will come soon.

The BID premium should be disclosed when you bid - add it right to the value you bid right on the bid page. And the retail value of the tickets/service/item should also be disclosed.
After researching, and well after I placed my bid, I found that the retail value of the package I 'won' is about $900, and with the bid premium, I paid over three times the retail value. The VALUE of packages should be presented within the body of the lots when bidding is open.
I would have vastly preferred to pay for the experience privately, there is no value to using CharityBuzz if there is no exclusive access to experiences. I already support LLS and would have preferred to send them the $2,500 difference between the retail value of the lot and the amount I ultimately paid to CharityBuzz.
Buyer beware, I know!! That doesn't make me feel any better.

I purchased 4 package deals with 2 gifts certificates for round trip airfares with jet blue for each resort/hotel. I received 3 out of the 4 via mail. I contacted customer service right away and Scott is who replied back and said that he will just send them to me via email. I contacted him back and asked for him to send the paper certificates to me since I will need to have the actual paper certificates when I check in. Up until now from October last year when I first purchased these I have not received them. I went to actually try to book them because the expiration dates are coming and there's lots of black outdates that I was not able to book them for earlier in the year and Jetblue said that 2 of the roundtrip certificates that Scott emailed me was used by somebody else and was booked in January. I've brought that up back to Scott's attention asking for new jetblue certificates and the old certificate for the resort at Iberosyar that I had purchased and I still currently do not have anything. And its been almost a month when I first contacted him about this matter again this year. I do not believe that I should pay for something and not receive it and also be given the run around if somebody is scamming me and using the things that I purchased for their own personal use or for Sale.I am waiting for a resolution. I believe since its been so long I need to be reimbursed for the whole trip or be given a new package deal comparable to what I purchased with new expiration dates since it was not my fault I did not have any of the things for that package deal to actually use.
