Would never order from this company again. Ordered an NFL glass bottle that the website implied was full of the alcohol that you chose from their list of brands. Their website also made it look like it was a large bottle. What you get is a tiny empty glass bottle, not worth anything near what they charge.
Also, if you order something as a gift, order it many months in advance of the occasion. My order took months to receive. They don’t tell you that it is coming out of China. During that long period, I kept asking them how much longer. They just kept saying that it’s on its way. Terrible customer service!

I placed an order on December 22nd for a “Seattle Seahawks Limited Edition Whisky bottle.” (I guess my first clue should have been the misspelling!) December 30th, I asked for tracking information, and they wrote back they were delayed due to the “high quality and complex craftsmanship of this product, as well as the recent large number of orders in the store, which has exceeded our expectations.” January 13th, I wrote again because I saw via the tracking number that the package had been “Seized by Law Enforcement for Counterfeit Postage.” They wrote back and said they’d resend and apologized for the mix-up. January 18th, they reshipped it and said they’d love for me to leave a 5-star review if I was happy with the product when I got it. I figured it was obviously a scam at this point, but I had already paid and I was curious what would come so I allowed them to resend the item and they promised it would arrive in 10-15 days. My item was delivered on February 6th.
They had given four different choices of alcohol when I ordered. I picked one but when it came it was empty. The alcohol wasn’t important to me but nowhere did it say it wasn’t coming with it. I should have known though. It was one of the most horribly made items I have ever received. It looked NOTHING like the picture. You could tell it was VERY cheap, cheap paint, cheap lid, it was awful. I only have myself to blame for purchasing it and hoping for the best. But if you’re thinking about ordering anything from them, order somewhere else. They do have good customer service, and they reply back quickly (especially considering the international time difference). But that is the only thing this company has going for it. Please don’t even take a chance, even if you’re curious.
The only place thing this bottle will be good for, is the garbage can.

I place an order that I truly wanted during the shipping it got lost got in touch with charmhuts.com they were gladly to help in finding my package as of the results I couldn’t locate it they re-ordered it got it the other day no hesitate it was here very fast. I think I might have found me a great company to order from. They were healthy. 100% and get in this situation fixed. Keep up the great job you were doing thank you.

WARNING....Talk about false advertisement, I ordered a Bigfoot bird feeders and the pictures showed 2 kids standing next to it and it looked like it was at least 12"+ and ordered the L one and it would fit in a bird cage it's only 3"x5" I asked for a refund and they want to charge me as much for that as the tiny little feeder..
